It’s extremely frustrating that I’m calling in regard to an order and the guy working might I add is the manager? Named Ashton continued to hang up on me continuously, because i simply inquired about it dessert item not included the icing.m? Like what? Your solution as a manager is to hang up on me instead of simply apologizing and saying “I’m sorry that wasn’t inclusive, however it’s not something that is included but I’m more than happy to provide that for you this time” This place clearly needs to train their staff on how to handle customer service. I don’t understand how people at this level demand to be paid more hourly but treat guest even more disrespectful and expect to be rewarded! No wonder their score is so low. I really hope Dominoes reevaluates their lead team because at their current staff team their Google and all over platform will continue to decline!

If i could do 0 stars i would horrible customer service. Messed up my order on 2 separate occasions, when i informed staff (blonde chick with headphones on listening to music [very professional btw] said “idk what to tell you, you ordered it” no apologies no solutions. You can really tell they train the staff amazing here !!!

Ordered pineapple and chicken on my pizza. I got small pieces of chicken on the whole pizza and chunks of onion. No pineapple. It ain’t hard to follow a damn order. Wings were gross and the Mac cheese had no flavor. I didn’t have any expectations but damn. I did get a free pizza in the future but I don’t even want it from this place. Disappointed.

Got a $7 pasta for takeout and they gave me the smallest serving possible. Waste of money & never getting pasta there again. The pizza is good. (Photo is after a few bites, wasn’t gonna leave a review so didn’t take a photo before but decided the serving size is BS.

I ordered online for a future order over an hour ahead of my desire delivery time. As it was nearing delivery time I noticed that they had barely started the prep, which is ok! I get being very busy especially having worked for pizza chains myself. However, I realized I forgot to ask for plates/napkins/etc. and when I called the store I was hung up on the first time without getting a live person on the phone. When I called back a second time, a girl answered and said "we are very busy please order online" and hung up without letting me get a word in.. I just wanted some plates and napkins.. Literally 5 seconds. The delivery driver Rashad I think was his name, was awesome! Apologized on behalf of the store and offered to run plates to us for the trouble.

The young guy working tonight with longer black hair was doing so good! I had to wait for my Carryout order and he was just running around non stop making orders that kept coming in and still was very kind when he brought me my food and kept me updated on how long it will be. Appreciate your hard workers!!

Soo my dumb self ordered from the wrong location but not only did I mess up, dominos messed up ? I ordered a small pineapple and jalapeno pizza but got a small sausage pizza instead.
I recently picked up a pizza from Domino's and was impressed by the speed and quality of the food. The pizza was ready promptly, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The taste was fantastic. The crust had a perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, and the sauce was flavorful. The cheese was melted to perfection, and the toppings were generous and evenly distributed. I had ordered my pizza and I was told 15 minutes. Ended up waiting an hour. My pizza had ended up sitting on the rack for like 20 minutes. I was sitting outside on my bike and he could’ve told me my food was done

I rarely ever order pizza from Dominos; that did not change today but for what I did order - it was superb today. I ordered a sandwich, bread bites and stuffed bread and the items were all fantastic and hot upon delivery. Not to mention, delivery itself was ridiculously fast between the time I placed my order and delivered. Please keep up the Good work - being fast, accurate and tasty.

Won't be going back. There was one staff taking orders up front, shaking customer hand, and answering the phone and than decided to help the person make the pizzas without washing their hands ? ?. That's how Hep A gets spread
