I ordered delivery, and the page said it was delivered, but an hour later, nothing arrived. The help me button to get a refund or contact anyone was a complete dead end. I'm extremely disappointed; they stole my money. I will be taking this to the BBB, calling corporate, and taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered a medium pan pizza on Friday Evening, Pizza wasn't fresh. It smells like fish, the boneless chicken wings were filthy, it smelled like a rotten egg after a single bite. Worst experience. 🤢. Please make sure as it's a holiday season coming up.

I’ve ordered several pizzas and every time Bill shows up it’s always a great experience.
Horrible pizza and the delivery guy just dropped it on the ground and took off - didn’t bother allowing me the opportunity to come to the door. I made eye contact with him when he was by his car and he gave me a dirty look as well (and yes I left a tip). I have dogs so they alert when someone is at the door and I was also keeping up on the text updates so this just baffled me. The pizza… absolutely horrible. Basically bread. Was supposed to be a cheese and feta pizza. Cheese? Where? Feta? Where? Photo doesn’t do the awful taste justice. Will not order again and I implore you to seek your pizza cravings elsewhere.

Love the pizza but they have totally screwed this place up...I called to order a pizza and got AI then AI got order wrong then proceeded to argue with me saying I know you want to talk to someone else but I can do this job better...OMG AI arguing with me..then they transferred me to a real person who was not in the US so they had a hard time with the prices that are listed by time I was done...a pizza that use to take 5 mins with a person at the location. Took me 45mins to order...what is wrong with this picture not everything works better cutting out customer service.

Always get great pizza and wings from here! I always call after I order and ask for my wings to be double fried and they never complain or seem put out. Matthew was awesome and absolutely made my night with my order. The delivery drivers are always super kind and just overall my favorite, easy, go to hot dinner!!
