THIS STORE NEEDS TO STOP SAYING ORDERS ARE ON THE WAY BEFORE THE DRIVER EVEN HAS IT IN THEIR CAR. ORDER SHOWED THAT IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT THEN SHOWED UP 20 MINUTES AFTER IT SAID IT WAS COMPLETED. FOOD SLIGHTLY COLD AND NOT ENJOYABLE. DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TO SHOW UP ON TIME PER WHAT THEY QUOTE. THIS SEEMED TO BE A PROBLEM EVER SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER STORE. WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE NOW ON. GOOD JOB DOMINOS

I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce. There’s barely any sauce or cheese, and the sausage has no taste. Gross pizza will never order again. They were supposed to deliver it to the car and I ended up having to go inside so my pizza wouldn’t be cold by the time I got it

I placed an order at your location 10411 N 35th Ave Phoenix Az yesterday 11/22/25 and picked it up around 7:30pm . When I got home I noticed I left my olive green 30 oz Stanley cup at your restaurant. I called and spoke to a girl answered she said she placed my cup in the office. I stated I will be back to collect my cup. I go to your restaurant today and your employee stated he can’t find my cup and he called who was working last night and she stated she don’t remember taking any calls about a cup. Highly disappointed that someone would steal someone’s personal cup. Will never go to location again

What a great location. They always have my carry out order ready, nice and hot. I do the curbside and they always get it out quick and are always friendly. Last guy even nicely put it in my passenger seat for me. Never messed up my order and it's always good. Glad this is my local.
The employees are nice, friendly and efficient. The pizza was pretty good too.

Extremely disappointed in this branch and crew leader. Calling in to speak to a real person Is virtually impossible. I was calling to complain about my order not being what I ordered, But once I got ahold of someone they placed me on hold then hung up on me. I’m just never going to a dominos at any branch again. All them ads your company ran got me back in the door after yrs . But what a waste of marketing if the food is not to quality and customer service at this branch is non existent . This is my 3rd attempt at calling the store I've been waiting for 15 mins and still haven’t talked to an employee.
