I hate corporate America, and this restaurant is on the giant list of offenders. As long as they're making money, they have no actual interest in customer service, nor satisfaction. You order online because "it's quick and easy" yet you're calling the store over an hour later and you get the same tired excuse "sorry we're busy" seriously? After my order tonight I will never order from here again. Ignoring phone calls, asking if they could unplug it as it’s ringing off the hook with no one answering. Sending someone else’s food because they didn’t label the boxes. 3 people working at a glacial rate with no sense of urgency. My husband was actually afraid to complain out of concern that they would do something to our food.
