On September 4, 2025, I visited Dominos to pick up an online order. The staff member at the counter, who was also managing deliveries, courteously informed me of a 30-minute wait time and apologized for the delay. I proceeded with my order and, while waiting, observed the same message being communicated to other customers, with wait times ranging from 30 to 40 minutes. It was evident that the restaurant was significantly understaffed during this shift, yet the employees maintained remarkable professionalism despite facing frustration and, at times, unkind remarks from some patrons. While it’s understandable that customers expect prompt service from a fast-food establishment, I was impressed by the staff’s composure and dedication. They worked diligently to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible under challenging circumstances.
Having never worked in the food and service industry myself, I gained a deep appreciation for the resilience and effort displayed by the team at this location. Their ability to remain calm and focused while managing a high-pressure environment deserves recognition. I commend the staff for their outstanding commitment to customer service and their ability to keep operations running smoothly. I will gladly return to support this hardworking team.

I’m new to the area, and always love a convenient pizza place across the street from me. My favorite pizza place of all times is Domino’s not only do they have many options of toppings for pizza but their app works perfectly to order pizza. They give you many different payment options, including paying in cash which is very convenient for me. Domino’s is efficient and quick with their work and can deliver my pizza within 10 minutes of me ordering it. They have the most nicest and kindest associates when they deliver my orders. I always like to create my own pizza so I always like to get a handmade pizza with Alfredo sauce, extra cheese and pineapple, it is something you will see on that screen a lot and you’ll know it’s me. Because it’s my favorite flavor of pizza. It’s so good and they make it extra crispy, tasty and savory. Now I only have had two orders from this place so far, but the last worker and Zack, you can tell are dedicated to their job and are extremely friendly and welcoming. They both have handsome smiles and bring great hospitality. Whoever makes my pizza in the back(Ms. Sarah)Just know that I’m always satisfied and fulfilled and keep doing a good job.
Never had any issues with this location, pickup or delivery. Tonight I ordered and Jason the delivery driver followed instructions; Please do not knock, baby sleeping. Thank you Jason and the night crew working 9/25. Food was great. Never fails to satisfy the munchies.
Seriously, what is up with this? Eveytime someone needs to pass thru that lil drive way, this car is always blocking. It has to be an employee at Domino's. Isn't that why they have the security parking area for the building employees? Isn't it a fire hazard to block that?

Such a good experience when ordering, representatives were nice with a bubbly phone personality, they really sound like they enjoy their positions. I had the pleasure placing a order with Paige, and I forgot to add a topping to my pie, called back and she QUICKLY called the driver back and corrected the order! And the pizza was still delivered with the first 30 minute time frame. Thank you guys for going beyond to deliver perfection!
