I ordered 3 large pizzas and 3 sodas.The driver named Ronny delivered me 1 pizza and no sodas when I asked him where rest my order was his best response was I don’t know? I don’t know? Then stood there until I closed the door and he walked back to his car.Tried calling the store for over 20 minutes no answer.Made a compliant on dominos wasn’t given a refund but 1 large free pizza which doesn’t cover what I paid for.

Pizza was good but i'm mainly leaving this review because the workers there are very sweet. The lady who made my pizza made it twice because my friend dropped it on the floor and walked off so she offered to make it. Another employee helped clean the pizza off the floor even though I was offering to clean it so that's nice. Overall good service and even greater workers.

I wish i could give a lower score. I was allowed my order to place for a delivery order around 11, it was accepted. wait time was about 40 minutes which I was fine with. the countdown got all the way to 10 minutes which mean the food was definitely made by "Thomas" the store manager the app said. and they decided to cancel my order. they dont close until 1 and refuse to pick up the phone. I was on a 7 minute hold before they hung up the phone on me. tried calling back a few times and same deal. If you like dominos don't go to this location or you will be highly disappointed. Just spoke with Yolanda the general manager and she told me she would not be able to help me. Wow! Business is not appreciated here it seems!

I stopped in on my way home last night at the dominos off 5102 w northern ave and ordered for carry out. A medium peperoni pizza light sauce I was greated by a young man very nice helped me right away I took a seat and watched the girl behind the counter touch her clothes scratch her face without bothering to wash her hands she grabbed my pizza dough for my pan pizza and started forming It around the pan all the while she has hair extensions her hair in a visor hat but no hair net and the long g pieces of hair were hanging an inch away from the counter as she prepared the dough .she set the pan over to the other counter and then a man walked in from a delivery (the manager I was told ) proceeded to walk over WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS and topped my pizza I said nothing at this point got handed my food I walked outside and the gentleman who took my order came out so I said something to him he went inside I watched through the window as he was speaking to the manager they were laughing making faces he came out said sorry the manager was washing his hands and making me a new pizza I said sorry for the trouble and thank you I waited outsidethe whole time I eatched all tgree of them laughing pointing g looking outside now the girl had a outside jacket on no hat was still handling dough and the manager nit one time said anything to make this girl aware of these health code violations.i was given my pizza with no sauce when it was light sauce and next to no cheese at all on it guess this is how paying cutomers are treated by dominos when they expect employees to handle food per health regulations ....just down right disgusted do better dominos ..fyi I give NO STARS HAD TO LEAVE ONE TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW

I have ordered from this Domino's for a few years now and have overall been very happy, until tonight. I ordered though the app, and received notification that my pizza was ready. I showed up to pick up my pizza, and they didn't have it. At first they said I may have selected the wrong store, so I showed them on my app, and they confirmed I had the correct store. The employee simply said, that's weird, it's in the system but we never got the order. She said come back in 10-15 minutes and the pizza will be ready. I returned to the store, and she asks for the full order total. I responded, you're not going to compensate me for driving here twice? She responded, it was only 10 minutes. Are you kidding me? Any restaurant that messes up your order should compensate you for the extra time and inconvenience. They did nothing, didn't even apologize or offer any compensation. I said, I don't want the pizza then (totally broke my kids' hearts who had been waiting for their pizza for over an hour). It's not about the money, it's about customer service and respecting people's time. I have ordered Domino's for years, but I will never return to this store and may never order Domino's again.

Some of the negative reviews should be taken seriously. Let's not ignore that Domino's Pizza is a corporation. Corporations aren't human beings. it's all about profits at the expenses of customers. Two weeks ago, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, aka "pie" for a pick-up it was delivered to me without"cheese," better known as Mozzarella, so there it was, just tomato sauce and pepperoni. I called the claim department, but not such a thing exists. It's a recording that eventually will transfer you to the order line somewhere. Who knows where in Siberia perhaps?. Don't keep trying because you will get the same result you will be ignored. The young woman managing the store fits perfectly the profile of Domino's standards and badly trained basic skills on customer service.My advice to you all is to promote the independent small pizzeria in your neighborhood. I'm sure they will appreciate your visit.

I ordered online and when I went in to pick up the pizza, the man who helped me thought the price seemed a bit high and was able to use the mix and match deal to save me about $19. That was pretty awesome of him! And the food was bomb.
