Way way overpriced for the quality. For some reason other pizza chains have gotten better and cheaper. Dominos is taking a different approach. And the service is crap.

Placed my order online for a carside delivery, where you check in when you get to the restaurant and they bring your order to your car when it's ready. I followed the instructions - parked outside, checked in, put on my hazards, the tracker said my order was ready, and... Nothing. I could see people inside working, but no one acknowledged that I was there. I waited about five minutes before I went in to find out what was happening. I gave my name, they got my pizza and handed it to me in a damaged box, and sent me on my way.
I would have left this review on their website, but it's not acknowledging that I've received my order and won't let me leave it.
TL;DR: Online ordering went smoothly, food is good, but everything about picking it up was a miss.

No plates for carry out pizza? Or rather too lazy to go get them. Service was unfriendly and the atmosphere was uninviting. Maybe the delivery drivers have a better attitude than their in house staff. Not sure and won’t find out, I’ll order from a different location in the future.

November 9th we ordered a cheese bread and a brownie as well as one of the hot sandwiches. It took over an hour to get my order. And on top of that my bread was not cooked at all all the way you'll see the pictures and they cooked like one set of breadsticks and another set of bread sticks on top. Then the driver said sorry it took so long and I said oh by the way I think I lost your marinara sauce somewhere in my car and laughed and left . I called the store several times to speak to your manager that So i called the GM 4 times .I just called the location and they put me on hold for 7 minutes.
The food here is amazing and there are always deals in the app. The staff here is friendly and the pizzas never take too long to make.

My delivery last night was over an hour and a half late. Two and a half hours from ordering to delivery. No communication. Impossible to contact store. Tried, Sat on hold for 45 min and never got through. The driver did not call or text and delivered my pizza to the wrong building and apartment even though my notes were very clear. Thankfully I was watching his location on the app and tracked him down and was able to get my food. I expect better from a huge chain. Communicate. Offer something for the inconvenience ahead of time. Pretty basic customer service.
