This is my favorite Domino’s from all the ones I’ve been to in all the different states. Quick and easy. Staff here are very courteous and friendly. issues? Just ask them about it. They will resolve it. sometimes mistakes are made, but they take care of it quickly. My kids love to walk in to see the action and pick up our pizzas.Kid-friendliness: They are very kind to my little boys. Thank you.

Our food was delivered to a wrong address. The store manager wanted to send driver back to pickup the food from wrong address and bring it to us. I requested he not do that, but to refund me. He hung up the phone.

We were blown away by the excellent customer service we received yesterday, during the Phoenix suns playoff game!!! We called a couple other pizza places and they could not accommodate a delivery " too busy" they said. This domino's location answered the phone immediately taking our order and for it right the first time ! They delivered our pizza to our hotel within a half hour!!! My husband quickly dove in and enjoyed his fill! They Delivered our pizza hot, and super quick and tasted consistent with the good pizza they offer. Great job !

Ordered from here far too much than I am proud to admit. Used to receive excellent service and never had a problem with an order. Recently, I've had partial orders arrive and when I asked the delivery drive where the missing items were, he straight up lied to my face and said it wasn't on the receipt; not sure how effective he thought that was when the printed receipt is taped on the box. Tried calling store DIRECTLY and my call ends up in a holding limbo. Reaching out to corporate also leads to the same endless hold.UPDATE: Tried going to the store to remedy the situation. Doors were unlocked, lights were on, but not a single person was inside.

We’ve been ordering from this store for years and lately it has been hit and miss on the quality. For awhile they were going through managers fairly quickly. And I just found out they were bought out by a California franchiser. The prices have increased…a lot. And the quality…meh. We decided to try the new tater tots and they were not very good. The cheese was burned and there was supposed to be bacon…couldn’t find it. Looked nothing like the picture. The pan pizza crust wasn’t as good as it used to be either. They don’t seem to cook the pan pizzas long enough. It’s a conveyor belt, but the pan pizzas need a slower one! Oh, and the minimum for delivery is $17.00! And what’s with the $4.99 delivery fee that isn’t a tip for the driver?!?With the higher prices now, we can get much better quality at Barro’s.
