Tried to order a pizza by phone for my mom for her special day but the person taking my order kept having me repeat my card number saying the didn't get the whole number and than proceeded to hang up on me after taking my card number and when I called back they said I hung up which was not true and now will not pick up to finish taking my order this has to be corrected seems like a fast way to get peoples card numbers and steal from them this employee should be fired

Not family or kid friendly anymore. Customer service has gone down the trash. White guy with glasses was terribly rude and got mad because we asked for a couple things to be customized with our order! Just rude. No greetings, No thank you. You expect this kind of stuff from a 3rd class store, not from a national chain. Will not be going to this location anymore. Manager also not available!

Pizza was good. The one employee sinning in the back looked at me and I said how are ya, and he completely ignored me and looked to the other employee. That's not cool in my eyes. If I'm chosing to spend my hard earned money somewhere, I expect to not be ignored and to be shown a little respect as a customer. Other guy was fast tho and greeted me when he got to the counter. All in all not a horrible dominos location but not the best when it comes to employees.

Pizza was not cooked to par and not sliced efficiently, that we had to rip the pizza apart.
Poor Service! The tall guy up front with the glasses is not nice at all. Do over a must!!

The food was very good last night (12/13/24)!!! I was nervous with the low reviews lol but they did a great job with everything! The ONLY opportunity I will say, is, please allow a tip option when paying with a gift card on the app. I do appreciate it letting me know that when I wanted to add more, it only wanted me to pay for what I ordered, however, I wanted to give my delivery guy, Hunter a tip with the remaining balance but it would not let me. I even asked Hunter if he had Zelle and I could transfer but he didn't have it. I called the store and spoke with someone about this and they said they will give the remainder $10.79 to him when they cash out for the night. However, I still show that the funds are on the gift card. :-( I would hate for Hunter to miss out in his tip. And still have it available to ha edit cashed out for receipt #604. Other than that, food was great and received in a timely manner!

Sent a picture of My Suppose to be a Extra most Bestest it had 10 Pepperonis did the price go up and Pepperonis go down wished I would've got a Regular hot and ready because that's what it looked and tasted like it's even thin, thin like paper thumbs ?

Delivery or Walk-in service is always great. Four stars, sometimes I can't get my crushed peppers. Staff is always humble and honest. Manager has honored a discount when it was I, myself who misunderstood the promotion. I do not live near this location - I prefer it!
I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jay on the phone, he was very professional and patient…. I showed up to pick my order up from the store and his manager was no different…. I come here often, even if I’m not the one who actually goes in, their service is Amazing…..

I tipped ten bucks before paying for a $36 meal. This was for an in house order. I figured just because it was late and they looked tired. And maybe they will add an extra sauce.
I asked for an extra sauce while handing the ten dollar tip.
Came back and they had two sauces for 16 wings. Asked for an extra and guy started to ring me up for a $1+ .
I just left. Shoulda asked dude to use part of the ten I gave him.
Two sauces for 16 wings. It’s what make a chicken wing, the sauces!!!
In my eating that’s maybe six wings with sauce and 10 un sauced wings .
$24 dollars for those wings lol.

For many years we’ve been ordering and enjoying Pizza from many Domino’s locations across the country. Many from this location. We used to take pleasure in them, but over the past few years quality and price have made this fast-food staple not worth it anymore. When you compare pizzas and Italian-style meals offered across the valley regardless of delivered or non-delivered, I cannot recommend them anymore. Frozen pizzas are cheaper and, in many cases, much better! If you are hard pressed for the convenience of delivery by all means it is mediocre at best. But if you are looking for quality ingredients, good taste, you’re best off with frozen – better yet, pick one up somewhere else. From a Pizza enthusiast, that’s my opinion. Caveat emptor.
