After the third incident with this place I decide to write because I think it's disrespectful to the customer, the fact that in the app they have all the ingredients available and then when you pick up your order, it turns out that there are missing ingredients and they tell you that they don't have them in the place, it's the third order that they charge me and they don't give me for the place that I pay, it's unethical, I hope it helps you so that you don't go through this as it has already happened to me.

I ordered through door dash; it was marked delivered although it never was delivered to neither me or any of my immediate neighbors the driver wasn’t even within a half mile of my home when they marked it delivered (it’s their own carrier). When I called they placed me on hold and disconnected TWICE because I imagine it was 10 minutes to close. Now I’m arguing with DoorDash. Horribly unprofessional.

Domino's has been my life line after leaving work late. The topping options are very nice & the Alfredo veggie pizza is my fave. Now there's been a few screw ups with jy order. So now I make sure to check my 🍕 for its proper toppings. Oh the PHILLY TOTS are TOP NOTCH 👌🏾

They charged me for the wrong order & then tried to blame me for saying a different name- it wasn’t even a common name nor similar to mine for it to even sound like i said a different name. There was no apology & they didn’t want to give me a receipt. I understand mistakes happen but for them to try to blame me & seem annoyed that they had to fix their mistake was crazy. No customer service here- go somewhere else if you can

c CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything. So is repeat business. I pretty much order the same thing everything everytime -- so to tell me you cant drizzle the garlic butter over my pizza that you put on the crust, because the system won't let you....IS BAD FOR BUSINESS... I just want to acknowledge Jovani and Alondra, every time I come in here they are working super hard. They take time to provide the customers with excellent customer service and a positive attitude, then they proceed to immediately provide excellent service in an efficient manner. Honestly, they should have her own store.

First of all I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza with the cinnamon twists AND a dipping cup of icing. When I got my order the box was COVERED IN GREASE A WHOLE PUDDLE leaking through my box. I called and spoke to the manager and she argued with me that it comes with grease when I told her that this much grease is leaking all over my counter. She then had them remade and I gave back the original with the dipping cup back since it was covered in the grease as well. The replacement came back missing the icing cup as well as the driver BARD was beyond rude as hell yanking stuff out of my hands and when I told him I’m missing my dipping cup he said “it’s a replacement” ???!!!! I paid $30 for rude service and an hour of waiting on my food to be delivered twice and not even receive what I paid for!!!! I told this manager multiple times I’ll bring this back too untouched and have her replace what I paid for and she tells me she can’t guarantee that??! How are you going to take my money and not give me what I pay for? If it’s not a dipping cup or grease it’s undercooked food!!! I want to speak to juaquin about this issue as he is the manager here
