I ordered and they couldn’t deliver so they sent someone else and yet another time they were coming to replace the order and yet they came and told me they delivered to the wrong address. Horrible location don’t order here. Stupid customer service.

Ordered delivery first (you know it’ll take time) however after waiting for one hour it said delivered which they never did, called and I was placed on hold for 25 min, decided to order again for pickup, went there still on hold waited another 30 min to get my refund and second order, then another 30 min and it wasn’t even in the oven after 2 hours I just cancelled and left.

I placed the order over the phone and ordered 2 pizzas and it turned out that the person who served me did not have my order and just took a pizza and to explain that since I ordered 2 the first one I ordered, he did not put it in the order and I had to wait about 40 minutes Because they didn't have the pizza ready, how do they put people who don't provide customer service for yesterday's orders?

So my husband worked at this location along with my brother. When my husand started heather told him he could work 40 hours which he told her if its not 40 he couldn't accept the job well she kept the 40 hours for a few months then slowly started to drop them to 30 when she left the store he dropped to 20 hours as a family with a newborn that was just not doable they claim drivers make 15 and can earn up to 20 an hour is a lie some days he would come home with $10 and feel defeated. My brother was a manager and would go in several times not getting days off for a few weeks in a row causing him to be beyond upset along with getting off well after closing due to coworkers not doing their jobs. The amount of times iv heard these men state they were quitting was insane they kept pushing through with all the highschool drama and all. Finally both have quit so I'm able to post this without consequences to them. Also the amount of stomach bugs they got while working and brought home id be scared to eat the food.Future employees stay clear of the drama (bri) and try to stay healthy
I was very happy with my online order I put in the other day when I decided to order from this Dominos location. We ordered two pizzas one pepperoni and pineapple, the other was pepperoni and mushrooms. The portions to the toppings placed on the pizzas were really good and both were very tasty and presentable! I have tried other Dominoes pizza locations and this location was the best by far out of the one I have ordered here in the valley. Thanks again for the great tasting pizza!
