Worst dominoes I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered a pizza at 7:30 and it arrived at 9pm.

Im very upset with the customer service here at little ceasers. The cashier Roxan C. gave me. Waited for than 30mins, then someone from kitchen came and handed me my order mind you he was so BLAZED he forgot even my name for the order. SMH Asked if she would be able give me a sauce just for the long wait. She said No. Not realizing that I had seen she had let people take 2 liter sodas out the door. I asked for management. Told me to wait again and continues attending other customers without going to get management. Ridiculous. And she still didn't bother getting the manager, I decided just call. Spent to much time there already just wanted to go home and relax with my order ONE pizza and ONE crazy puff. Then I call and I guess this little ceaser business don't have managers cause waited 30mins on hold until they hang up on me. Ridiculous!

I ask for extra sauce and this is the 4th time we get the pizza with almost no sauce at all. Please work on that and actually put extra sauce..

I ordered a pizza from this location for my daughter who is in a hospital at Valley wise on 51st and Campbell, just a few miles north, they charged me $26+ and tip for driver. My daughter never received the pizza and the staff at the hospital are very good nurses, they never got nothing. I'm complaining high up, you hurt my daughter. Called and was put on hold 30 minutes just to be hung up on multiple times and never talked to that guy again. September 29,2025. Order was taken and my card transaction was accepted at 7:48pm, confirm by email and cash app. Worst experience if you can't get your child what she wanted In their moment of their pain, all she wanted was a medium size meat lover w/ pineapple.

A pizza and a baked sandwich.
The sandwich was without issue, but the pizza, however, was where we ran into problems. It tasted fine but the driver completely smashed the box and crushed the top of in into the pizza. When he tried pulling the order out of the warm bag, the while box just folded in half. He tried to act like nothing happened and handed me the box anyway. When we went to eat the Pizza, the pizza temp wasnt even anywhere near hot. I expected it to at least be warm, since I did order the crust to be baked WELL DONE.
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, I did like the little Cheese Shaker they sent!

I ordered from Domino’s and was shocked to find my pizza and wings literally left on the floor outside. No call, no text—nothing. By the time I realized it was there, the neighborhoods cats had gotten into the food and made a huge mess. I basically paid $30 for food I couldn’t even eat.

When I called to let them know, the manager’s response was, “So what’s the problem?”—like I was crazy for being upset. Beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to beg for basic courtesy like a phone call or a knock at the door.

Absolutely terrible experience. I will never order from Domino’s again. If you care about your food and your money, don’t either.

I’d give zero stars if it would let me.

I get a pizza or two delivered to me at my company building when I'm in Phoenix for work every month or so and they always get my (somewhat complicated) order right and the drivers are always nice 👍🥳 no complaints
