DO NOT order from here. We never got our food. First time, they couldn't get ahold of the driver so they said they'd remake it. Second time, we waited for about 30 mins then called YET AGAIN and asked for a refund only to be laughed at and hung up on. It was a total of 2 hours of waiting and no food. They should get shut down for how they treat customers. Never ordering from here, ever again.

My delivery was fine. But the food was wrong. Luis was a jerk when brought it to his attention. He closed the door in my face and just didn't have any customer compassion. It very rare that I complain about food. But it's was just gross looking so we didn't even eat it. I walked back to the store and was met by him and his rudeness. How does this guy even have a job still. He obviously doesn't like people

Driver forgot my pizza, had to go back. He was fine.my pizza was just all around ugly. Dry and crunchy is how I would describe it. So I walked to the establishment, the guy said we can only trade the salad. ( Which is fine. 5 minutes before closing) I wanted to let them know because it'll be a different crew tomorrow. But the man who answered me brushed me off and just closed the door in my face . I'm not a rude person. This is unacceptable for customer service. And now I don't want to reorder from them. I'm not sure what they'll do to my food from here on out.

I ordered more sauce on my pizza and didn't get it
Pizzas delivered to wrong address. I had to repossess our pizzas from the neighbors house after they were sitting outside for 20 minutes. When I called to report it delivered to wrong address, I was met with the following excuses from Luis the manager,…1. “Yessenia is our only delivery driver and we are really busy”, 2. “It’s really hot out there right now and that messes with people’s heads.” Didn’t even offer to replace the hour old pizzas. No resolution but “Sorry”. Terrible customer service/ experience

I got home with my order wrong and when we ate the food me and my entire family got sick. The manager wouldn't seem to care or even fix the issues at hang. He hung up on me when I asked his name and wouldn't even consider they sent us home with old food. Hopefully noone else goes through this terrible service and food they're sending out dead from a hotbox .
