Food was delivered incorrectly and was cold. Manager was rude and hung up in my face when I tried to explain what I ordered. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning the rudeness and unprofessional way I was treated.

Every single time I order I get delivery and I can honestly say all but one time my food was correct and so delicious! They are very nice and they actually pay attention to directions and the notes in the call when I place my order and that's huge to me I get my food super fast from their friendly staff.

Hardly any toppings on my supreme pizza spent $50 there. Don’t forget the $20 on hot wings itself were hardly even coated with any sauce! Rude staff and the manager at that! Wanted us to drive to pick up another could’ve at least credited! Never again needs better management!!!! Would not recommend.

Rude staff, gave me my order without sauces. Everyone standing around and talking. “Inspection” part of the process I guess doesn’t happen. Wouldn’t credit my money back for missing sauces, said I could just come back and pick them up.
made order on app, it wasn't right, so went in the app to correct it and they canceled the wrong one and charged for both orders. I called and they told me which ordered they kept and it was the wrong one I said no cancel that one and give me the other. they said can't do that it's in the oven. the punk on the phone wouldn't give his name or the phone # to customer service. so I told him to keep it. I no longer want their crappy pizza. definitely will never order from those incompetent snot nose kids again and don't recommend anyone else to order from them. at least not the one on 35th Ave. and bethany

So placed an order on the website.... ( DO NOT DO IT) the transaction hit my card... than two seconds later a second one hits my card for same amount... 70 plus dollars.... than I get a message from the site unable to process the payment... but yet it was processed on my card. I called the store they dont have an order and refused to help me, said call the bank... its Saturday night smh... i use to be a huge dominos fan. this made me change my whole outlook of dominos

I ordered online for pizza to be delivered to my son at GCU campus for his birthday. Left note to call at the gate closest to 35th and Missouri, and everything went smoothly. My son got his birthday pizza within the time it was promised. Thank you Christina and Kendan!
