The menu features Tex-Mex items, made-from-scratch salsa, tortillas and sauces, and a range of other Mexican specialties. Appetizers are great to start with but be ready to share because there's no way you can eat it all yourself. The best way to get a taste of everything is the Tex Mex Mixer with Mesquite-grilled Chicken Quesadillas, Steak Fajita Nachos, Flautas and Beef Empanadas Tradicional with Don Pablo's special Queso Blanco. Don Pablo's has an incredible variety of soups, salads, tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas and more like Don's Especiales (Specials) and the Taste of Texas options. In fact, it can be downright difficult to decide what to order. That's why the Don's Combos are a fantastic idea. You can create your own combo so that you can enjoy a little of everything. All the heaping portions of food will surely fill you up, but perhaps you can save just a little bit of room for one of the sweet desserts. The sopapillas are divine, though fried ice cream is hard to beat. Apple empanadas are an unusual yet heavenly way to end your meal.
