Took a very long time to get our food
Food was okay we were a party of 8
They had 1 person sitting in the big table where you could fit 9 to 10 people i didn't get that at all poor management on sitting arrangement

There were 9 of us and as soon as we walked in, the owner didn’t greet us just asked how many and walked away. Not a huge deal - just came off rude.

We sat down and waited about 25 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order so we took advantage & went ahead and ordered our food too.

An hour went by and still no food. When we asked the owner (which I assume she was since all she did was walk the floor & snack on tortillas) she just said “it’s coming” but didn’t actually check on it.

Some of us ordered chilaquiles with meat and they came without it. To top it off it tasted like canned food that was just microwaved.

My fiancé had pozole, absolutely zero flavor and it came with what appeared to be big chunks of fat instead of meat. I ordered birria, it had barely any meat and ofc no seasoning. The bowls were mostly just broth.

Our server seemed stressed and upset that I asked for the bill to be split into 3. She was rude and claimed it was a big deal, when asked why it was a big deal she said she needed to know before ordering. I don’t work there so I didn’t know, however SHE works there and failed to start the order with that cute little detail.

Gave the place 1 star because the lemonade was good. I don’t recommend this place, the food is flavorless and microwaved.

The food is very ugly and the prices are very high and everything would be in the price if the food was worth it but it is not. They charge you 3 dollars for each egg you order, the omelettes are disgusting to look at and worst of all, you tell them and they make you pay for the food even if you return it. I do not recommend it and I will not return, it is a real robbery.

Don't ask for Menudo, they give you pure water with very little meat, in my opinion and the staff are very slow and have bad service, we told them that it was the last of the hoya of the Menudo, and the waitress told them in the kitchen and at the manager, and they said that was the portion they served, but the truth is they only gave me what was left to sell, so I asked before ordering if they still had a lot. And believe me, for me to do this, they had a very bad attitude to solve the problem, and I was left hungry.

Went to breakfast with a friend we both order chillaqules with over easy eggs. We also ordered the que fundido with cafecito de olla. Over all I rate the food a 2 out of 5 stars.
My reason because the food could use more flavor and the portion of salsa they serve is so little u have to keep asking for more if you a salsa lover like myself.

2 years after we met this restaurant almost when the food was just starting it had a very homemade flavor it was worth it from the coffee the third time we returned the coffee started bad taste they changed the quality of the food a knowledge that really does not come out of the other places ... today 1 October we returned thinking maybe already because of the criticisms had changed everything but error the food is still tasteless too expensive, I think I put the waitress in trouble by asking what part of Mexico is the seasoning of that place because not even the Tortillas are Sonora style as she said. I don't come back better I'm going to the food truck better price and flavor above all.

Food was authentic and good. Cafe de olla is a must. Chilaquiles were great but I added chicken to it and that was kind of dry. Service was excellent.

Terrible service, cold and hard food, the only thing we could eat was the handmade tortillas with the sauce because we were going to pay for nothing!!! Terrible experience, music too loud! I do not recommend, we would never return to this place, the only nice thing is the restaurant itself but the food, service and atmosphere ?

Worst service ever Chile nogada was small plate was cold I mean cold ! Waitress never came to so I could address issue. Overall Bad experience First and last ! Overpriced not good at all.

The food was good but the service is just super bad. Our waitress had the worst attitude ever and constantly kept forgetting our food.
We got there at 11:08am and we are leaving at almost 1pm. We ordered pozole, a plate of steak and a plate of chilaquiles. The pozole was mixed with menudo, and the other plates were missing the eggs, crema and others.
They served us a cup of Jamaica that was still not prepared. They didn’t even gave us utensils and napkins. We asked for them and did give us utensils but we ended up using some of my daughter’s wipes to clean ourselves.
And I could go on and write more.
The food is good and the restaurant is nice but the costumer service is just the worst.

I went today with my wife and daughter and was ok but to expensive. $120 for 3 person's. on Pozole, queso fundido, and 2 breakfast plates with cafe de olla. probably because I order extra 3 orders of tortillas,🤔mm. to expensive for eggs on tostadas with no salt. and this is from a cheff coming. tanks but last time here.
