Dr Taco Therapy is a food truck that never disappoints. The food is so good, delicious, and phenomenal. The street tacos, including carne asada, birria, and al pastor, are highly recommended, with the birria taco called the best ever. The al pastor fries and carne asada nachos are also delicious. Quesadillas are cheesy, fresh, full of flavor, and have chicken in every bite. The quesabirria tacos with consomé are amazing. Burritos are phenomenal and customizable. The lemonades are absolutely delicious, and the green sauce is a favorite. Portions are very generous and prices are reasonable. The staff and owner are fun, friendly, super helpful, patient, and very cool. The friendly vibes make it a must-try business.
