We were a large group and the waitress rocked it and was able to give us individual checks! The dueling pianos were sooo good and took our requests and we were even able to dance! Yaaaaay
The food was really good and the beer was ice cold. I was surprised that nobody was there while we were there.
This place wasn’t bad. I would have preferred if they had real pianos rather than digital keyboards inside of old grand pianos. The performers were good but they overdid the drum machine in a lot of the songs. Often it was louder than the piano. That’s just me - a lot of people wouldn’t even notice that they weren’t real pianos and they might like the drum machine.
My real gripe is they offer a 10% discount if you show them that you have posted a 5 star review. Makes me wonder how many of the glowing reviews were only left to get the discount.
Typical bar but service is very slow if you're not sitting at the bar and in line of sight of a bartender. Servers didn't know what food should go to what table. We got appetizers we didn't order and never got water refills. It took an hour to get an alcohol order.
This place is probably fine for a casual, drink at the bar where you want to nurse one drink and have a conversation. There's much better places to go for anything beyond that.
The worst service ever!! We planned on eating but It was like pulling teeth to get a beer then she never come back to ask if we wanted another one so we left... Drove all the way back to Goodyear to Our neck of the woods to get good service! Looks like it could be a really nice place.
Service was so slow and pretty much nonexistent that I paid for the beer and got food at another restaurant in the plaza.
Was completely ignored for the first 5 five minutes sitting at the bar. Was asked what I wanted to drink from across the bar.
When nobody made any attempts to ask what I wanted to eat I asked for the check. They even succeeded in getting that wrong.
Non-existent management.
This place has a lot of potential. My advice would be to move away from the live entertainment/karaoke when there are big games on. My wife and I stopped in last night and ended up leaving because the live music was so loud you couldn’t even talk. At a sports bar people mostly want to be there for the games. It was pretty empty so I imagine that others felt the same way walking by
We stopped in for a place to watch an opening day game for our out of town team and get some lunch. We we the only ones in the place except a couple of folks at the bar! Could be a really fun place when it is hopping. Great service, excellent burgers and salad.
This was our first time at Duelies. Service was initially very good, but it went downhill after some large groups arrived. My husband and I had simple beer orders that seemed to take forever, and we asked for water that never came. The food was very good, but it really is hard to mess up a salad and sandwich. Oddly enough, after the large groups left, we suddenly had an attentive waiter again. Obviously, big tips drive the service in this establishment.
We did have a great time with the pianos. The performers were amazing. They kept everyone involved and singing along. Their crude remarks were hillarious and well timed.
Unfortunately, we did observe 2 different couples seated at a high-top near us that never got served. One couple left after 30 minutes. The other decided to get their own drinks at the bar.
Had a great time for my friends bday. Only problem was the service wasn't the best.

LOVE Deulies!
Will is friendly, attentive, helpful, and an all around great guy!
Good food, good selection of delicious adult beverages...
Did not have food as we had previous reservations. Beer was good kind of expensive by comparison. Atmosphere great service just 4 stars.
Poor service like everyone else has said. Left like everyone else. They have a ton of TVs but we're only playing ONE of the football games. Smelled like cigarettes. I see the GM responding to people but from one business owner to another, this place needs a complete overhaul in operations, moral, employee acquisition & likely treatment, marketing, etc. This could a be a successful place however there is clearly something deeply wrong.
Not a fan of the heavy metal music playing loud during happy hour. Can’t talk to anyone.
Ordered the LA Women sandwich which for the price wasn't what I expected. The amount of meat just wasn't there. Taste was decent but was hoping for a little more. Service was okay, we went prior to the pianos and could have had the server around more to refill. Atmosphere was decent even without the pianos. Will be back at piano time to see the rest of what is offered.
