We went for the dueling piano bar. Ready to stay until 2 o'clock and have a fun time. The sound and acoustics in that place were so bad. We couldn't even understand what they were singing. Nobody but us was there at 11 o'clock. They finally just closed it and sent us on our way. We had to wait about an hour and a half for our food Which he forgot one of the friends dinners. We had many many drinks which must've been extremely light because they didn't affect anyone. Went there for a fun night and it was just a bore.
Honestly this place will be out of business soon. We have a Football group that attends every game.
This is now the second week without proper internet service to the TVs. Buffered about 25 times in the first quarter alone. The problem is the non caring clueless owner. The staff is all unhappy and don’t last a month. Food is passable at best.

Great experience! Watching the Jets game was great as there were lots of fans which helped make me feel at home. Food was good and darts were fun.
The food is always marginal at best. Microwave and brought out to you. Drinks are weak and over priced. The whole concept of dueling pianos is great however they struggle to get good piano players that stay and draw in a good crowd. Last night the guys voices were horrible. They could play but not sing, they literally talk the words. Did Venmo for song requests only to find out the system was down so my requests were never played before we left.
Great musicians! Funny, and had great chemistry. The service was pretty much non-existant for the first hour we were there, and then picked up. The food was nothing special... typical greasy bar food. Strong drinks, but expensive. Overall, would like to return.

The Dueling Piano show was awesome 👌...our waitress was poor at service..very slow from the time we walked in....she was a little tiny gal with long hair, glasses seemed very timid about waitressing...didn't check on us. She cleared tables more than checking on us...I believe we were her only table as the gentleman waiter was tending to all the other tables...then she cashed us out at the end of her shift and we never got anyone else to serve us after that the rest of the evening...we sure could have had a few more drinks and some water too...until next time..

If I could give zero stars, I would. We came in on Sunday, August 17th in the afternoon at shift change, and the bartender gave us some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Gaged ears and nose hardware took over. Not only were we ignored while others were served before us, but when it finally came time to close out, the bartender literally threw the check at us to sign. Rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Scottsdale has plenty of sports bars, and I’d recommend going anywhere else before wasting your time h

Unfortunately the place was understaffed and as such, service getting drinks and food were delayed. The server did the best she could, but with many beers out of stock and food service slow, made it a challenge for our group to fully enjoy the place. The dueling pianos was fun, however.
Did was ok. We had a huge group so kudos to the servers for keeping track of us. One of the first performers seemed like a fill in, but she shouldn't have been. Was still fun though. Unfortunately we left shortly after the late night performers started, he seemed to be pretty good.

We were recently in San Diego and went to The Shout House and had a great time. We mistakenly thought that Duelies would be great to celebrate a birthday so we made reservations using Open Table. The reservation system clearly states that there is a $10 per person cover charge from 630 pm to 10 pm. Our reservation was at 615 pm to avoid the cover charge and we were all going to eat dinner before the show. The food was good and I enjoyed it. That's where my good experience ended. The sound system was horrible and it was difficult to clearly hear the music and words being played by the three performers. Duelies wasn't full and maybe it was the position of our tables but the sound was muffled. It was so bad that we ended the night early. When we got the check we noticed everyone was charged a cover charge. We asked our server Jordan for the Manager to discuss but the Manager was a no show or the server didn't relay the request. Either way we reluctantly paid and this morning I decided to post this review. We won't be returning because of this experience.

There's a $10/person cover regardless of what time you get there even though website states after 630. Pianists/singers were not the best and acoustics were terrible, you couldn't even understand what they were saying. Food was fine. First and last visit me and my group.
We had slow service with food and drink, but the dueling piano players were fantastic. They were very musical, very engaging and funny. Would highly recommend.
Went for dueling pianos on a Friday night. The pianos were great and super fun, but the service and food were so bad. First we ordered nachos and we literally got a bowl of chips and sprinkled cheese from a bag not even melted. Our food wasn't much better we had chicken fingers and a burger which were just so so - they definitely need some elevated food to keep this venue going. Drinks were ok but slow waitstaff that you had to flag down to get service. Pianos were fun I hope the food and service get better.
Super fun spot with great food & drinks!
