Nothing worst then getting your coffee and it’s disgusting. A simple hot coffee at that. Even went back to have them remake it and it’s still gross. And it’s not dunkin it’s this location. Just ruin a day. 😫

Love the brown sugar shaken espresso and avocado toast was good but lacked a decent helping of actual avocado. At best it was a smear of butters worth on plain bread. Toast implies toasted bread not warmed bread.

Had a bad run in with a female cashier taking orders in the drive thru. Very rude, some young girl with red hair.. once I figured that she was just not going to be nice about my order I pulled up to the window and asked for the manager. The manager was very nice and professional, but the worker was still yelling from behind her. That is not customer service I go here every Sunday and the times before the customer service was excellent till I came across her. Very rude,I think I'll take my business across the street to Starbucks from now on. Shame.

Ordered coffee and a donut online and drove over to get it. It was waiting for me when I arrived and I was back on my way in less than a minute.

I love their avocado toast but the passed 4-5 times I got it the bread isn’t even toasted they just took a peace of bread out some avocado spread on it and gave it to me…this only happens at this location and it’s honestly a waist of money the toast alone is almost $5 and they aren’t even toasting it

I went to buy my kids the new munchkin buckets this Thursday, I placed my mobile order and when I got there I was told they had no munchkins but they would write me a note so I can come the next day to get my munchkins and I did just that. I came in today Friday to get my donuts and same thing they didn’t have any donuts, they didn’t offer us anything else, just wasted my time driving there. I’ve tried calling and no one answers the phone, I did not want to leave a bad review but I paid $40.00 for those buckets and did not get any munchkins and had to take an extra trip out to this location only for them to tell me the same thing, it’s very disappointing and frustrating.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible location! The wait is ridiculous for the most simple orders… and once you go through the drive-thru you are stuck. I had to wait 45 minutes for a mediocre drink. The espresso machine is always “broken.” They should really get some new management and figure out how to improve their quality, service, and everything overall.

These people don’t know what they are doing. Also, it’s only 10 o’clock in the morning and they are already out of bagels. I can’t even order a sandwich. not to say that. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple coffee. Dunkin donuts has a large menu and they keep on moving people around switching employees and they can never learn the menu correctly.
