I went to this store. I got great service, my latte was on point. The staff is friendly. Manuel who waited on me was super nice and patient. All the staff overall does a fantastic job. Keep it up.

It has been 2 times in order more than 2 items EARLY morning on my way back home from work. Once I get home one or two items are missing (in 2 different bags). One time, it may be a mistake, thensecond time around i gave them cash and they told me they didn't have ANY change. They had me waiting on the drive through for 10min 3 cars behind me, the window closed. They came back to the window "you are still here!" ....seriously?

Awful staff. Usually young kids that do not care at all. Put donuts in bags and mess them up. Unfriendly and unprofessional at the register. Sucks as I love getting donuts for my kids but this place needs to hire some actually hard working respectful people. Manuel who worked the register today is rude and lazy. Why hire people like this?

It was a pathetic experience the service is so slow their system always crashes and it took 20 min to give out an avocado toast and bagel minis. Won't recommend this branch at least.

Every time I Have Come to This Location They Make My drinks Right. Donuts Always Seem Fresh Too. Staff Is
They never have anything. They always say they are under staffed as an excuse to not have a plain bagel with butter. No bagels no eggs no croissants no nothing sometimes they don't even want to make anything other then coffee or iced coffee. Lazy rude little brats. Teenagers should not be running a business especially having 3 teenage girls too busy talking and laughing to toast a damn bagel ridiculous!!!

Extremely rude staff that were visibly upset to have a customer walk in an hour and a half before close, please don't spend your money here there's a friendly Starbucks across the street and I reckon McDonald's coffee is better the dealing with these pride less workers at this point.

Only 3 people in and there’s lines. They put bacon in my egg and cheese bagel when i didnt ask for it since Im allergic to it. Also no hash brown with my order. Making a simple coffee took them 20 minutes. This place needs new management and staff.

Literally just passed by through the drive-thru. First time I've ever had Dunkin' Donuts and I asked the helpful employee (shout-out to them, they were super cool!) what I should try. He gave me a few options (esp. The refreshers!) before I ultimately decided on a donut haha! Will be back to try more things!

Don’t come at 6:50am on the way to work. They are out of everything and just unloading a shipment. 10 people are still saying for orders inside and another ten in line. I came for all the pumpkin donuts and coffee and they have none.
