I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible location! The wait is ridiculous for the most simple orders… and once you go through the drive-thru you are stuck. I had to wait 45 minutes for a mediocre drink. The espresso machine is always “broken.” They should really get some new management and figure out how to improve their quality, service, and everything overall.

These people don’t know what they are doing. Also, it’s only 10 o’clock in the morning and they are already out of bagels. I can’t even order a sandwich. not to say that. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple coffee. Dunkin donuts has a large menu and they keep on moving people around switching employees and they can never learn the menu correctly.

The line here is always slow! They take one car at a time and they are always so rude for no reason. If you don’t like your job just go find another one. Definitely don’t come here. You’ll waste an about 30-45 mins just waiting in the drive thru (there’s only 2 cars in front of me) and another 10-15 just for a drink. Ridiculous! Do better people!

I'm fully annoyed. I'm a nice lady and was given a defective cup on purpose so my coffee would spill on me. I would post a picture if I could. The lip was unrolled at the seam of the cup, and the lid was placed directly over the mouth part of the lid. I'm not stupid. You're not stupid. I wasn't even rude! I can get snippy with the best of them. I know when my tone is rude. It was not rude. It's 2025 yall. Get it together.

I went to this store. I got great service, my latte was on point. The staff is friendly. Manuel who waited on me was super nice and patient. All the staff overall does a fantastic job. Keep it up.

It has been 2 times in order more than 2 items EARLY morning on my way back home from work. Once I get home one or two items are missing (in 2 different bags). One time, it may be a mistake, thensecond time around i gave them cash and they told me they didn't have ANY change. They had me waiting on the drive through for 10min 3 cars behind me, the window closed. They came back to the window "you are still here!" ....seriously?

Awful staff. Usually young kids that do not care at all. Put donuts in bags and mess them up. Unfriendly and unprofessional at the register. Sucks as I love getting donuts for my kids but this place needs to hire some actually hard working respectful people. Manuel who worked the register today is rude and lazy. Why hire people like this?
