Honestly wait times are pretty consistent. Usually rush time waits for seemingly no reason as its not an incredible busy location. I had purchased the bacon jam sandwich ive been wanting to try and idk how its even possible to have half a sandwich thats warm and the other half probably 50 degrees. You could feel it through the bag. Coffee was decent today atleast. Seems like staffing is the biggest issue as I see new people constantly and the manager actually working counter almost every time I am there. Basically a 50/50 shot for a good stop or a bad stop. With the right help im sure this place will be 1000% better

Update: I went back on Feb 9th and the employee mentioned to me they saw my bad review which i thought was very unprofessional that they even brought that up to me especially considering they were the exact employee originally trying to upcharge me for the wrong item. When i got home and opened my sandwich it was the wrong one, so I drove back and got my sandwich corrected. Then after i returned home again and all the cold foam was in my drink was gone I noticed there was something floating in my matcha. Turned out it was a coffee bean which makes me question everything about this store, including drink cleanliness...and whether or not it was retaliation for my bad review. At least theres other options out there.
Pay attention to make sure the price they are trying to charge you is correct! I tried ordering a brownie batter donut and the employee tried charging me 2.79 for it when the sign advertised 1.79 and said it was specialty donut. He would not give it for the correct price advertised. 2.79 is for specialty bakery.

I wanted to treat my sister to coffee and the girl working was rude to her and not helpful. My sister read a drink from the app and she told her they dont have it and can't make it because protein milk and almond milk cant be mixed together. After my sister said it's not almond milk it's the syrup she said they dont have that syrup or drink. My sister showed her the drink in the app and she responded that my sister said the drink wrong and didn't apologize. The only difference was toasted almond vs almond but my sister read straight from the app. Bro I just wanted to treat my sister and left feeling really bad and pissed off 😭

I come to this location a lot! Daniel and another employee Benecio are wonderful everytime I come in. Daniel is always extremely polite and friendly and is a VERY hard worker. This Dunkin is very clean! Give Daniel a raise he’s a asset to the company!

Great service and friendly staff!! Daniel helped us at the drive thru and he was really nice. They made a mistake with our coffee and didn’t hesitate to correct it as soon as he saw it. And to follow up he offered us the wrong drink for free! It’s service like that, that’s makes us want to come back! Thank you Daniel!

Im not sure if this place is too new... but they seemed to be out of plenty. Customer before me, and myself had to substitute. Seemed like a skeleton crew. One person doing coffee, one person preparing food. The manager.... well I dont recall the manager.

This is the only Dunkin who ever gets my coffee right they have my business forever ❤️ I was there for their grand opening event and was apart of the free coffee for a 100 days

We were so excited to have this location open up near us, sometimes it's great! Most times, though, it's pretty subpar. The coffee tastes burned at times. I order a seasonal cold brew that comes with foam and my wife orders a seasonal latte with milk. Several times it appears as though we've gotten the same drink with milk. I am lactose intolerant, and felt pretty gaslit when the manager tried explaining that the foam falls to make it look like milk. The 12 pounds I've lost through sweating and...other means determined that was a lie. This happens about half of the time we go. Combined with the lack of flavors asked for in coffee or just wrong order entirely through the drive-thru I'd say they get everything right probably 25% of the time. Maybe new management or consistent training would help. My gastrointestinal tract would greatly appreciate some consistency.
