My mom and I went here and got our order wrong so we tried get our order right but the lady was soft spoken and had a attitude towards me and went back and never came back but I had to refund of a second doughnut for my mom in which she only got one and that's not right if someone can't hear and understand more things would get done easy but nope worst service ever

I usually don’t leave reviews, but the experience I had today deserves one. The manager at this location is extremely rude. If you don’t like your job, why work there? She was behind the counter loudly complaining about a customer who got a refund because her donuts were hard, saying things like “why did she even buy them?” like hello, maybe because she expected fresh donuts?
The attitude was unprofessional, messy, and honestly unnecessary. The rest of the staff was fine, but the manager’s behavior made the whole visit uncomfortable. Definitely needs better customer service training.

Friday 11/21/25 went to the drive thru at 5:55am. I'm was the only one waiting to order but had to wait 5min for someone to take my order. Went around to the window there's one car waiting & waiting just for a drink. My turn I drive up to the window & no one comes. I can see 3 girls just talking. In this time 2 customers come inside & leave & I'm still waiting. One girl is on her phone & the other 2 talking. I try getting their attention to no avail. Finally one opens the window, no hello, no smile just my amount. I said I thought you forgot about me, no response. She gave me my donuts & closed the window. It took 20 minutes to get half dozen donuts with only myself & another person at the drive thru. Nothing but bad attitudes at this place! Will not be going back!!

Terrible experience, I was so hyped about trying the cookie butter latte.. since I couldn’t stop ordering it last year and I’ve seen it all over my feed. This looked nothing like the ones they make at other Dunkin’s. They are super stingy with the crumbs! Like literally 3 tiny crumbs. Not exaggerating! So pissed because we as customers spend our hard earned money and expect something to be as advertised. (I know at other Dunkin’s they put a decent amount of cookie crumbs) but this place was a joke. The cashier was also rude. Disappointed won’t be ordering my coffee here anymore!

They're rude with no manners towards the costumers they talk over me & probably others as well with aggression manner too !!! all their employees are entitled to act this way the laddie with curly hair with glasses told me to pay for extra vanilla flavoring 4 pumps on the ice coffee is enough But they attempt to have me pay for it 30 cents more when theirs no favoring and they don't make it well tasting I paid 30 cents already before and I didn't get any close to the favoring at all !!!
I come to this location again second time and as I come up the counter i receive no greeting at front of counter or anything curly lady with glasses tells me again 4 pumps of vanilla only she said within attitude or else pay an add-on with in attitude and i mention listen make me my ice coffee up to spec and ill be on my way but no she starts talking over me being rude and disrespectful she said she could have the right of having my phone snatched away from me and with out giving it back to me due to me being inside Dunkin donuts lobby for taken a picture of her I told her she's would be committing battery and larceny of that was the case their so entitle to this behavior being rude to me twice she needs everyone to know who she is along with the rest of every body else they work in the early morning shift in this location the employees shown are they worst
The man in the picture also goes outside to smoke during the shift just to share the feedback about what's going on that I'm here to start agreement with them and I told him to leave the costumer alone he has no part of any of this he didn't seem mind either very unprofessional smoking handling food where they could see him outside going back in touching your food as well !! 🤮 I aint coming here again I was a loyal costumer to them they known me for so long that's sad

So my fiance and I decided to go to Dunkin Donuts for some donuts that morning it was my birthday morning my birthday day and so coffee and donuts sounded good something we don't normally do that kind of a Splurge but we decided to do it that day for my birthday so besides the kid ignoring my fiance's request for you know that you don't see his ordering and you know just focusing on mine he also they charged us $12 for four Donuts and four donut Kohl's it was way too expensive I feel like there was a mistake made however we did not keep our receipt we told the kid behind the counter that we didn't need the receipt but then when we thought about it later it was just way too expensive he way overcharged just for what we got we didn't get any coffee we got the coffee from Starbucks but so it was very disappointing sorry to say

Was here today with my family around 1pm. A woman, who looks to be a manager, came out from the back, and proceeded to scream at two employees, one who i know it Autistic. My family was there, as well as another customer. We all were in disbelief how unprofessional, and rude she was to them. I will NEVER return here as long as she's in charge, and treating employees that way. Totally uncalled for. Disgusting.
