So my fiance and I decided to go to Dunkin Donuts for some donuts that morning it was my birthday morning my birthday day and so coffee and donuts sounded good something we don't normally do that kind of a Splurge but we decided to do it that day for my birthday so besides the kid ignoring my fiance's request for you know that you don't see his ordering and you know just focusing on mine he also they charged us $12 for four Donuts and four donut Kohl's it was way too expensive I feel like there was a mistake made however we did not keep our receipt we told the kid behind the counter that we didn't need the receipt but then when we thought about it later it was just way too expensive he way overcharged just for what we got we didn't get any coffee we got the coffee from Starbucks but so it was very disappointing sorry to say

How is it that the past three times I’ve been to this location they’ve been out of donuts?! How does a donut place operate without donuts?!! Makes zero sense. Mildly infuriating, won’t be coming back!!

Was here today with my family around 1pm. A woman, who looks to be a manager, came out from the back, and proceeded to scream at two employees, one who i know it Autistic. My family was there, as well as another customer. We all were in disbelief how unprofessional, and rude she was to them. I will NEVER return here as long as she's in charge, and treating employees that way. Totally uncalled for. Disgusting.

Came into this Dunkin’ Donuts Today, One that we have frequent it for over a year now I always had the best service the best team here always clean, organized and great service! Unfortunately, today when we came in, they were the most unorganized I’ve ever seen them. My food wasn’t as good as it should’ve been. The employees were talking to each other one was on her phone for at least a good 15 minutes. Don’t have salt and pepper to add to the breakfast Food that we bought told that they don’t provide it and they don’t carry it. That was very unfortunate. I have never in the whole time I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts have ever seen it this or disorganized unfortunately, I don’t know if I’ll be back!

Went this morning for a brown sugar shaken espresso. I was half way through when I felt a nasty disgusting hair from a wig or something in my mouth. Whoever has the red wig thanks for that 👍🏽

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such crap service in my life. Samantha clearly hates her job! I’m not sure how she even still has a job with the way she treats her customers. I will never go back to this location ever again! Not unless Samantha is fired because I would hate to have another interaction with her!

I’m so upset on how I was treated by one of the employees here at this location…The customer service was just horrible..Not only did they make it hard for me to get my refund for something that wasn’t my fault at all but Samantha cursed at me and closed the window in my face while I was talking…I will never return to another Dunkin Donuts thanks to her and I love the ice coffees here! Please do better!

I left the hospital this morning after an overnight medical scare and came across the street to get my wife and I a quick breakfast before we went home to get back to sleep. I asked for light ice in my coffee because I knew I was going to sleep soon and didn’t want it watered down when I woke up. They gave it to me full of ice and filled in the gaps with coffee. I gave it back and asked for light ice again and they had me pull forward. But this is how they gave it back to me. I was too tired to protest, so I’m here. This never happened before. Is this normal now? Skimp on the coffee when I just wanted less ice?
