I started going to this dunkin because it was a little closer for me. The drive thru never gets my drinks right. It's completely ridiculous. I'm leaving this review because after 3 days in a row. My drink is wrong AGAIN this morning. I don't even add anything to the coffees!!! I order them AS IS per DUNKINS menu and they still get it wrong? Makes no sense. I'm not giving my money to this Dunkin anymore. Going to a different location.

Rudest manager you have here,the drive through cashier wasn’t working so someone told us to place an order online while waiting in the drive though for other cars to get out than I’m placing my order as told once i place my order she’s like my waiting terminal is done here I need you to move your car what about us as customers being stuck at the drive through while you have this issue will never in my life come here the attitude here is a no I’ll be taking my service elsewhere thanks Dunkin especially with your mangers attitude heck no!

Downloaded their app to receive their free drinks. I placed my order and got into the drive thru behind 2 cars. Unfortunately, it took me approximately 15 minutes total to finally receive my order! Seemed as though 1 person was running the entire store. When I finally received my order, it was a frozen coffee. It was melted!!! Next visit, I just might go inside.

I usually get great service here. Today I was given moist donuts. I didn't experience the nice ladies that are usually here. I needed a refund, she assumes I used a debit card. That's why given receipts are helpful, which I didn't get. So 4 stars are a 1 star now. Thanks for giving me a crappy
Nope. "Hash browns" were soft, soggy, gross. Bagel sandwich...nope. Bacon was there but zero taste. Bagel seemed like it was 2 days old. To top it off, I had to drive around to the front to wait for this disgusting meal. Positive...staff were friendly and professional. Staff may be good, but will never go back. Food was disgusting and had to wait to get it.

The lady in the drive through window on Tuesday morning was really rude. When I waited to ask for ketchup she said “what happened” in such a rudely manner. If you don’t like your job dont work in customer service, don’t bring personal problems to your job and put them onto the customers. It is not the customers fault you have to work in a fast food restaurant. Hope she finds happiness!
