The drive thru service on a Saturday morning no traffic is basically horrendous. Made us wait at the speaker after saying hello several times no response. Mind you there's a line built up behind us waiting over 15 minutes. Just very unprofessiona.

I just make a order from drive through of chai latte first he make ice macha latte I said him again I want hot chai latte then they said stand on parking they delaye my order then I ask them order they give me again macha latte I said them agian but they didn’t give me anything I will never recommend to any one come over hear

What’s the point in ordering with the app if you don’t update your inventory and then have to wait for the person to arrive so you can ask what substitute they want?! You should lose app privileges if you don’t know how to keep inventory or how to call the customer or even do a refund! Smdh

We like the ice coffee but what i didn't like was that they give us the cups all sticky didn't bother to clean the cups and we were the only car there so they had time to clean the cups. The coffee was great 👍

employees are great but overheard manager saying to another customer“I don’t put that trash in my body” when talking about the cookie butter latte . unfortunately that was the same drink I was picking up

This location seems to have a problem getting the order right. NEVER get it right!! Drinks came less then full and not one of the half dozen donuts I ordered was right!
Went in for a medium ice carmel craze. Recieved my drink and it tastes like straight black coffee wirh milk. Asked for some sweetener to add to my drink. Instead she said shell make a new one. This time it tasted like straight sugar. I ended up mixing them and it came out do able. There's a recipe you have to follow.So I don't understand why she didn't get it right.The first time. Thx for the free coffee

Terrible experience. Went through the drive through and ordered a cold brew. Guy somehow gave me regular iced coffee. I don’t like the after taste, so I went inside and asked him to remake it. He was nice and did. Got back to my car and tried it, only to find out he did it again.. I feel like I’m being pranked 🤦🏼♀️
