Terrible experience. Went through the drive through and ordered a cold brew. Guy somehow gave me regular iced coffee. I don’t like the after taste, so I went inside and asked him to remake it. He was nice and did. Got back to my car and tried it, only to find out he did it again.. I feel like I’m being pranked 🤦🏼♀️

Let me say I Absolutely LOVE this location. I stop by about 2 to 3 times a week, earning my points, staff are AWESOME , always so warm and welcoming. The even know my face and name lol. They know im addicted to oak milk too 😃.

Some of the staff is nice, some is always rude. Every time I order dairy free, they never have it and they didn't even have 1 doughnut available this time I went. I'm so done with this dunkin. Loved it but hate it now.

we were trying to make this our going to spot but worst dunkin ever. very rude never and I mean NEVER get the orders right and are very rude about it. I suggest go elsewhere to save you time and trouble. I was charged extra to add bacon to my bagel sandwich and this is what I got.

While the guy was taking my order, he started to clean and brush off his nose. Then he started making the drinks and touching the top without using gloves or washing his hands last time I visit this place, and so should you.

Since they got the new owner, they're often out of donuts and rarely to specialty donuts. The food is good, though, and the staff is always welcoming. Also, all their coffee opinions are 10/10.
I go to this location about 4-5 times a week at different times. Everyone’s always so nice. I want to point out and say I appreciate Genesis,She’s always so so sweet and makes sure my order is always correct. Thank you guys so much. This location is the best.

Rude staff, can’t get a single piece of an order right. I’m pregnant with gestational diabetes asked for sugar-free vanilla iced coffee was given French vanilla syrup and sugar in my coffee and then was given an attitude when asking them to remake it.
