Worst Dunkin ever staff for rude didn’t know how to do their jobs made my food wrong and then got an attitude with me and then got mad that I asked for skim milk for my coffee. What a joke Duncan just keeps going downhill.

I'm not sure what's going on this morning at this Dunkin' Donuts first I walk in I'm waiting for about 5 minutes because the employees are standing around talking to each other then the girl takes my order which was fine. then I noticed there was a fly on the powdered Donuts, so I kindly let her know. she just looked and said oh like I didn't say anything at all. I got my food a breakfast empanada it was cold... Frozen in the middle. so I take it back and ask them to warm it up. so they make another one and the same thing Frozen in the middle. this time I did not have time to go back and ask them to fix it. The employees act like they don't want to be at work so I probably won't be coming back to this one

This happened a week ago, the drive thru was 30 min wait, when I got to the window they said to wait for my drink. I waited another 10 min until I asked for an update… the drink had been sitting there. The iced coffee was mostly milk/cream and then there was a hair in my drink. I contacted Dunkin because the whole experience was completely unacceptable. They left me unread. Highly unprofessional Dunkin especially for those reward members.

At 14 min per car ahead of me, for 4 cars it took almost 50 min to get out of the drive thru.Might as well cook yourself for that time frame.Horrible service, never have any products, even right after they open. 9am and they can’t serve anything from the oven because it’s being cleaned??? At your busiest time?? Store is a joke.Now I know why I always go to the lil mom n pop places cuz Dunkin Donuts is not the spot anymore

Today 3/6 I went in and usually I don’t have the most pleasant experience. However the last 2 times I have enjoyed the staff, they are nice, easy to talk to, happy, and willing to help when they’ve seen you waiting! Great job today for the staff at 10am!

It’s not the first time I have an issue here so I will definitely write a review now. This morning I ordered ahead Medium Iced Latte with caramel syrup and soft top. When I walked up front my drink was not ready so I asked the young tall guy if he had made this drink yet and showed him my phone. He said “there is no caramel” like if it was my fault not so nice way to talk to a customer and looked away and me just standing there. I asked him to make it with vanilla syrup instead, he didn’t say anything or look at me and just made it like in a bad mood. I saw my drink and the soft top was missing. I said “I asked with soft top”, which he should know in the first place they should be paying attention to the order and add ons. He then said “there is no soft top” and just kept going away making drinks. Like he expected for me to just say okay and leave? I said okay well I paid extra how does that work then. He said “unless you want 60 cents back!”. Like if I was wrong for wanting it? I said well yes if I am not getting what I paid for yes give me my 60 cents back! He kept making drink like nothing like ignoring or making me purposely wait for his sweet time. I told him “When are you giving me my 60 cents back, I work too and I have to leave I don’t have time to wait till you decide when to give them to me”. He walked to the cashier and as he was approaching me the other guy asked what I wanted and the rude guy said “just 60 cents back”! Like trying to make me feel ashamed for 60 cents? I don't care!! I paid for it so I get what I pay if not refund me simple as that.! I definitely believe they should pay attention to the orders and let us know in a nice way of they are out of something and not just expect for us to know. And if a syrup is out of stock put it in the app!! We would avoid these problems! I had a previous experience were the other guy not sure if he is a manager didn’t want to remake my three iced caramel machiattos, because they were made wrong before and I guess they threw away my name on the sticky note. I did not argue on that I just paid for new drinks but it’s ridiculous the attitude the guys have there. If you are not happy there why work like that. Us as customers are also on our way to work early in the morning we do not have to be dealing with nasty attitudes. I am a very nice person but I will not let anyone treat me like crap! Please you need to train these people or fire them for bad customer service and I do not want to go back!!

I used to come to this dunkin about a year ago almost weekly. The customer service then was good. But, today, it was absolutely THE worst experience I've had. We ordered 2 large drinks and they only charged me for 1 medium at the drive through.I let the girl at the window know about the miscommunication. She looked at me with the most inconvenienced face ever. She then mention to the guy preparing the drink if he made it a medium and he said yes. She then told him it had to be a large. And "Joshua" said "Oh, he wants a large now?!" and proceeded to angrily make the drink. The "supervisor" then told them "they asked for a medium but they said they ordered 2 large's instead, so just make it for them, so it's whatever". All of this slander while the window is open. All of this while I'm holding my card out to pay for the drinks I originally ordered. Instead she didn't charge us for the other large drink.When we got our coffee they were pretty much all milk and almost no coffee...We then proceeded to get our food which we also ordered and it was so plain and unflavored.I will NEVER come back here again while the same team is running this location. I will also be sure to make sure no one is recommended here as well!!
Worst experience ever! I placed a mobile order, and when I pulled up not only were they trying to give me the wrong order, but as soon as I gave them the name for my order I was told that they were all out of those drinks. I told them to replace my drinks with some other ones, only to get the wrong drinks given to me and made with whole milk after I ordered them with oat milk. Now I’m left dealing with an upset stomach and a terrible experience. I will definitely not come back to this place again. Unacceptable!!!
