Really bad service. Cruz and Lexi were rude and gave us attitude. They rushed us to leave, and didn’t even greet us or say a word when they gave us our drinks and food.

I had received a completely wrong drink at a different Dunkin location and this store was very generous enough to remake a drink they didn’t provide for me. The Manager was completely understanding of the situation and took it immediately into his hands to make things right! Never cheat on your Dunkin store!

Came to the drive through. The employee as not friendly, and honestly was RUDE.

We usually go to another Dunkin closer to home, and I will refuse to ever come back to this location.

Had a beautiful start to my Saturday stopping in here. Encountered an exceptionally friendly staff putting out lots of good vibes at this Dunkin Donuts today. I don’t usually stop and get breakfast or coffee in the mornings so this wan an exception to my routine, but so glad I did today!

Not the employees fault, but on a Sunday before noon they were out of every bagel with the exception of a sesame seed, and were completely out of munchkins. The managers should have metrics forecasting how much product they should make, so I don't know if it was just an exceptionally busy Sunday, or if they didn't adequately prepare. Out of the 4 items I ordered through the app 2 were out of stock, leaving me to have to contact support for a refund on 1 of them because they are not able to in store (not even a store issue, that one is corporate). Also, the replaced bagel wasn't even toasted, let alone the extra toast I requested.

I'll chalk it up to a bad day, and will give them another chance if I'm back on that side of town.

The male employee at the drive through is rude disrespectful horrible customer service. Very bad experience and the manager or lead person there. Upset because the employee was uns my card pulls the card out the card runner and walks away and close the window. Upset because I asked for my bank card.
