This location most of their employees are rude careless and lazy. They don’t care about the customer in the least. The drinks are watered the food is burnt and the manger’s aren’t much better. The morning manager is usually kind and friendly. It’s weird when you order they tend to act like you’re bothering and interrupting them. If you can avoid at all cost.

This location is an extended part of my family!! My sister Australia and I go here almost daily and the staff here is ALWAYS friendly, warm and inviting!! They make us feel like local celebrities!! We love you guys 💕💕💕!!

Went through the drive thru today for some donuts for my kids and they were out of everything that I could think of. When I got to the window I assumed they were closing soon so that is understandable to be out of donuts! Spoke to the rude girl at the window that says no we close at 8PM and smirked and rudely said we have donuts just not many. They were out of 6 different basic donuts. I mean come on its a donut shop and you dont have glazed donuts. I would not of given this review if the employee at the window was not just a jerk and provided the worst customer service ever!

Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend. They are super friendly people that always greet you with a smile and make your day! All of their drinks and snacks are delicious, you have to try it! I love this location so much!!

Customer service is horrible. The man that was at the window was very rude 12-1-25 at 10:48 am he stated he couldn’t give me his name because of store policy, overall bad experience.

neighborhood laveen dunkin. I went to this one for wicked merch and they had nothing but the tins were in. Said they wereout by an hour into opening. And to top it off they didn't have any munchies. Manger Told me to come back and they will get me some munchins. Went back a hour later and the girl said sorry my manager didn't make any when he left.and to call in morning. I called yesterday and this morning called and their phone doesn't work. Worse customer service

Went in at 430. They close at 8. Barely any donuts. The ones thay had were the gross flavors. Tasted a bit old. While i was ordering in the middle of me talking she decided to not pay attention and talk to someone behind the counter. She didnt even say excuse me a minute. Causing her to almost put the wrong ones in the box. I expected more from Dunkin Donuts. I grew up with them and they always had alot of donut choices including the holes all hours they were open. This place is sinking the name.

Really bad service. Cruz and Lexi were rude and gave us attitude. They rushed us to leave, and didn’t even greet us or say a word when they gave us our drinks and food.
