Dunkin'

This is the only location that ever makes my iced coffees correctly 🫶🏼

Came to the drive through. The employee as not friendly, and honestly was RUDE.

We usually go to another Dunkin closer to home, and I will refuse to ever come back to this location.

Had a beautiful start to my Saturday stopping in here. Encountered an exceptionally friendly staff putting out lots of good vibes at this Dunkin Donuts today. I don’t usually stop and get breakfast or coffee in the mornings so this wan an exception to my routine, but so glad I did today!

Awesome location we had issues with our online order and we mistakenly placed the order at the wrong location and they still gave us our order to avoid driving to the other store.

Horrible experience today regarding how employees treat their customers very unprofessional and rude !

Not the employees fault, but on a Sunday before noon they were out of every bagel with the exception of a sesame seed, and were completely out of munchkins. The managers should have metrics forecasting how much product they should make, so I don't know if it was just an exceptionally busy Sunday, or if they didn't adequately prepare. Out of the 4 items I ordered through the app 2 were out of stock, leaving me to have to contact support for a refund on 1 of them because they are not able to in store (not even a store issue, that one is corporate). Also, the replaced bagel wasn't even toasted, let alone the extra toast I requested.

I'll chalk it up to a bad day, and will give them another chance if I'm back on that side of town.

The male employee at the drive through is rude disrespectful horrible customer service. Very bad experience and the manager or lead person there. Upset because the employee was uns my card pulls the card out the card runner and walks away and close the window. Upset because I asked for my bank card.

My vanilla chai latte is delicious and I'm glad I stopped in to grab one on my way home.

I usually place orders online and if they are out of an item, instead of letting me know they simply do not include anything, wasting my time and losing out on a donut when I simply could have picked a different flavor

This was my first time at this location. I was not greeted and there was no one at the register. I had to get the attention of an employee to help me. I purchased a gift card and a donut. The donut was extremely small for the price. It was delicious but small and expensive for a small donut.

I came in this morning and order a breakfast brisket scramble. All I got was less than half cup of food, including a little bit of hash brown a piece of scrambled egg, a small piece of cheese, and one tiny, some sort of beef. For the price of more $5. Don’t recommend.

Place needs to be shut down.. workers are crooks, i witnessed they add small charges for something (example; muffin, donut, etc) to total so u don’t catch it, don’t give receipts, also have rolled eyes when asking for one and the machine by the window that says “if asked to pay a different total contact mgr” conveniently doesn’t work anymore. i come everyday and noticed it recently, they did it 4 different times! Brought it to their attention and the little guy didnt even look surprised or anything just said oh sorry, u want a cash refund or credit ?? * something abt reaction just tells me this is a normal and they don’t get caught all the time.. my theory is they do this so they can take extra money out the till at the end of day without the stock of supplies not matching up since they don’t actually give me the additional items charged for**

Also today ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich, and received a sandwich WITH NO BACON!

Would love for corporate to respond to this so i can submit receipts, and next time i go i will get pictures of the crooks and post them as well! Shut this place down or replace the employees asap!
