I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location, largely due to the passive and unprofessional behavior of the manager, Ricardo.
Customer service was extremely lacking. There was little urgency, minimal communication, and no sense of accountability from management. Instead of addressing concerns or improving the situation, the manager appeared disengaged and indifferent, which only added to the frustration of an already poor experience.
As a customer, I expect basic professionalism, responsiveness, and respect—especially from management. Unfortunately, this location fell far short of those standards. Leadership sets the tone for the entire team, and in this case, it clearly reflects in the service provided.
I hope corporate takes note and provides additional training or oversight, because this location has the potential to be better, but current management is a major issue.

We had an emergency trip out of town. The man.....I think he was the manager, had a very bad attitude!! It wasnt only focused on us but the employees that were working. He really made the atmosphere feel very uncomfortable. He didn't act like he wanted to work but there are people out here that have problems, or other issues that they need to stop for coffee or food and he made it feel like we were an incon.
Worst customer service ever. My family and I were the only customers in the store and we stood at the counter for 5mins and neither one of the two employees even acknowledged our presence. The lady working the drive thru repeatedly looked at us and continued to take new drive thru orders without even a simple ‘hey guys, be with you in a second’.
It must be this shopping center strip. Zoyo is just as bad.
Save your self the hassle and just drive up the road to Bosa. Much better selection and very welcoming staff to great you.

I waited in line for 10 Min. They literally took my order no issue ever but then i get there they make all of my things and then stand there and talk and no one’s helping me. Then they give me my food and it takes them an extra 5 min just to hand me a coffee that takes 2 Min to make. Idc about waiting but when i can clearly see you guys looking at me and purposely ignoring me it’s a problem.

Dunkin' / Baskin Robbins always delivers when it comes to ice cream, and this location is no exception. They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The shop is clean, cozy, and in a convenient location, which makes stopping by easy.
Customer service is decent—nothing over the top, but friendly enough to get you what you need without issue. Overall, a solid place to enjoy some great ice cream. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

I made the mistake of visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts location due to its convenience, both today and yesterday — and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing. Each time, my order was incorrect: both drinks and both food items were not what I asked for. On top of that, the staff was noticeably unfriendly and unprofessional. When you try point out the mistakes, no one seemed equipped to handle the situation — responses are awkward, monotone, and dismissive. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that consistently misses the mark. Dunkin’ really needs to raise its customer service standards. Experiences like this make it hard to justify coming back.

I saw the worker has no plastic cover over his head and his hair is really long so I grabbed food from there and I found a big piece of hair in my food. Please wear something over your head.
