Two days in a row didn’t get the right coffee order. Had to send it back and got the wrong donuts next day once again had to send the copy back and got the wrong donuts. They will not answer their phone. Voice message is full. How do you make this right

Why does it always take like 20 minutes to get through this drivethru? Slow. No its not from lack of workers. They are only this way in Arizona 😆. On the East, you always have your order within a minute at the window and you never sit in the exact same position in line for 10 straight minutes 😆Just go to Mcdonalds or BK next door for breakfast that doesnt take 20 minutes

Went to grab an after school snack for my daughter and they were out of everything except 1 donut. And they close at 8PM... so crazy to me that a place that specializes in donuts runs out by 3PM?

I ordered a decaf iced coffee because I am pregnant and they sold me a regular iced coffee. Only found out when I went back because it wasn't the sweetener I ordered when they admitted they were out of decaf and it was just regular coffee. Just to make a sale? I am pregnant. 10000% not okay

I live right down the road from this location. Usually, they've been good but last night before Closing I bought some donuts and one of them was so stale. I could barely bite through it. This morning when I came with my order, which I paid for first, I brought the donuts with me to see if maybe I could get a little coupon for a free donut to make up for the doughnut I couldn't eat. Brought the donut with less than a bite out of it. The staff would not give me a coupon to replace a doughnut. Really sad customer service, and zero care whatsoever about the quality of the product that they put out

There was a female manager who wouldn’t get off her FaceTime call with her friends to help. I wanted a cup but she didn’t know how to charge it and didn’t even stop the call while helping the other gentleman who was doing all the work. She was completely unprofessional and the store was messy.

They should not even offer sugar free options for coffee here. Tried the sugar free hazelnut twice in hopes it was just made wrong the first time. It was disgusting and disappointing.

I’ve noticed that the employees at this location, lack attention to detail. i have had several incidents When I come to this location, I have had a gnat in my drink, and when I reached out to them and asked the manager, I was pretty much ghosted, they get my drink wrong every morning, and it seems very intentional. I ask for oat milk every morning and I get regular milk, I’m very lactose intolerant. I would love to continue supporting Dunkin, but it is very hard when i feel as if im not being heard, even after reaching out to higher management.

Just walked out of this location. I walk in and a manager and lady at the register walked away when I walked up. I stood waiting to order for 10ish minutes not a word was spoken to me. Some lady walked in and was immediately helped by the manager and lady who was at register. While I waited there were 3 separate customers who didn’t get what they ordered. So if you like being ignored then getting the wrong order this is the place to be.
