loloololololol, most people here complain that the wait is too long or their food was messed up. most of these complaints are from people who see the drivethru line wrapping around the shop and are surprised they have to wait ten minutes or more to get their food. most workers here are taking up orders at front and the grill is busy.

First of all, they can’t handle more than 2 cars in the drive through without taking new orders, they make you wait until there is only 1 car at the window.
Ordered a side of bacon and received the cremation of a pig. How can anyone seriously serve black, burnt, inedible food.
This place is a joke of a coffee shop and needs to be visited by a higher up corporate team to address the staffing issues/ training.

i repeated multiple times : a small hot cappuccino with two splenda. i was given a macchiato. i kindly showed them and the worker had a sour expression and took my drink away. i got it back and there isn’t any splenda in it.

to add onto that- they never have donuts. one time i came, they were out of ALL their donuts! and today, i asked for a glaze donut and they said they were out.

hate to give 1 star reviews, but come on.

I ordered on the app and drove out of my way to go pick up my order. Arrived and they said oh sorry we don't have decaf coffee. Are you kidding me you are a coffee shop! It wasn't even offered if we waited for some to be made, they just don't have it. At least don't let me order something on the app that is not even ever available.

The last two times I went here my food orders were TERRIBLE. Either cold hash browns or rock hard hash browns and the sandwiches are alway soggy and falling apart. They shorted us on our donut hole order. The coffee was the only thing they didn’t mess up.

The service is the SLOWEST service I’ve ever experienced, which is normally not the end of the world but when you add inability to provide quality food…no thanks.

I will not be returning to this location.

So this was my matcha LARGE DRINK they handed me. I received my drink and turned right back into the drive thru explaining to them they gave me half a cup of my matcha drink being there is 4 inches of foam smh they told me my drink had to “settle” in order smh mind you I work at Dunkin so I know they didn’t make enough the first time and their way of fixing it was adding milk to my cup lol wow what a joke on top of that they didn’t even mix the cup so you can see all the milk on top gross

I’ve gone to this location quite a bit lately because my wife is pregnant and craves it a ton. EVERY single time they have gotten our order wrong. They always have attitude and act like they’re forced to be there. This last time there was a long dark hair in our breakfast sandwich. They’re so disgusting and moody.

You pay almost $2 for extra bacon and they give you 3 tiny half strips. It’s ridiculous. Needs new management and employees

Store appears to be clean however they are a little slow when it comes to fulfilling orders. Seems like management changed and they hired all new people?? Old team was much more efficient and remember customers. Still better than the 87th st location.

Easily the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, but I’ve heard they’re all this bad in Arizona. 20-30 minutes to get an order regardless of how many ppl are waiting, how is this possible? And the order is very often done incorrectly. The owner’s need to answer for this!
