I’’ve been going to the Dunkin’ Donuts at Greenway and Tatum ever since they opened and a supporter of many other locations for 40 years and they used to be well run and then there were some changes made and upper management does not care about the customers., in fact I don’t think they’re aware of the concept of Customer Service.

The worst! Just went through the drive thu, father day...Spent half hour sitting in our car only to have them lose our order, not be able to give us a refund because they didn’t know our order and have no manager on staff. So we left with no food or our money. Going back this afternoon to see if they can figure it out and make it right. If you don’t have the staff that can handle a busy morning, close up.
