Great breakfast deal for $6, sandwich, potatoes, coffee. Great deal fast service.
In here on Christmas, they are very slow, then we had to wait for them to take a picture of the donuts for whatever reason. When I told them to just give me my donuts, the picture could wait, they said their boss couldn't wait, then i heard the person say to another employee that they were going to freak out on me as they were both pulling donuts. Pretty rude

Everyone is right: they'll look you right in the eyes and then go hide in the back until you finally give up and walk out. Isn't there an owner/manager who cares? Go to Black Rock Coffee instead, where they're happy to see you!

Stopped by for a pound of ground coffee. The only thing on the shelf was decaf. After waiting too long, finally got the attention of one of the 2 employees who confirmed they only had decaf or vanilla coffee pods. No sale. Wasted trip. Won't go back to this location again... ever.
I had a disappointing experience at this locations this morning from the cashier that only had half of her teeth. Not sure if she was on drugs but it definitely seemed like it. She was also coughing into her gloves and with those gloves prepping food and drinks. That’s only the first thing I noticed when I walked in this morning to pick up a DoorDash order for a customer who placed an order for a dozen donuts and a coffee. When I arrived, the older lady told me they were out of glazed donuts, which were part of the order. The employee asked me to call the customer to see what replacements they wanted, so I did that immediately.
While I was still on the call with the customer, the employee decided to swap the donuts on her own and added completely different items that didn’t match anything in the original dozen. When I gave her the customer’s actual replacement choices, she told me, “Well, you already have a dozen here,” even though she was the one who added the incorrect replacements. I ended up having to go through the entire dozen one by one so she could correct the mistake. Because she seemed to not have remembered that she just placed three random donuts in there.
The whole interaction felt disorganized and unprofessional. As a delivery driver, I rely on clear communication and accuracy to make sure customers get exactly what they order. This experience caused unnecessary confusion and delay, and it reflects poorly on the store’s reliability. I hope management addresses the training and communication issues so future orders go more smoothly.

We stopped by around 10:30 a.m., and once again, there were no glazed Munchkins available — this is the third time in just a few weeks that this has happened. On a previous visit, we ordered regular glazed doughnuts instead, but they were hard and dry, almost like they were from the day before.
It’s frustrating that one of the largest doughnut chains can’t seem to keep staple items like glazed doughnuts or Munchkins in stock. To make matters worse, the drive-thru line was held up for several minutes while the car in front of us and the employee at the window sat chatting instead of keeping the line moving.
We’ve always enjoyed Dunkin, but lately this location has really fallen short. Hopefully management takes note and addresses the consistency and service issues.

Placed a mobile order And continued to wait in a line for 40 minutes before I was acknowledged. I ordered a bacon, avocado toast, and when I got it, my bread was soggy and it had no bacon. This is the fourth time that this location has not given me bacon on my avocado toast, but has charged me for it. I seriously don’t understand what’s so hard about it. Can someone not read? These people want jobs but simply cannot do it. This location is terrible. Do not visit it. Honestly, it should be shut down. The people that work there don’t even do their jobs anyways.

Worst Dunkin’ cold brew I’ve had in a long time (yes I drink it black!) Watered down; certainly not worth the price & drive- thru slow as molasses!

Dunkin is good for the most part always has quality coffee. However I visited this location 2 days in a row. The costumer service is not there. Employees have time to stand at the window and gossip but when we ask to add an order of munchkins the manger rudely tells us that we have to go around. I’ve worked in many restaurants and coffee shops and this is not a smart business move doing little things that may inconvenience you to let customers know you care and value their business. Interactions like this deter customers return. The first day we didn’t do drive through but got down things inside are very disorganized… it was a mess and it seemed like every other customer had an issue with there order. It’s a shame the Dunkin’s back home in Texas have great customer service, hopefully they improve here.

I recently placed an online order for a drink, but accidentally selected the wrong flavor—one I don’t normally drink. As soon as I realized the mistake, I kindly asked the cashier if I could swap it for the flavor I actually wanted. Unfortunately, I was told “no” flat-out, without any effort to help or offer a solution.
I understand mistakes happen, but I was hoping for a little flexibility and better customer service. The way it was handled felt dismissive and unaccommodating, especially for a simple request.
I’d appreciate it if this could be addressed and hope future experiences will be more customer-friendly.
Me and my friend went in and had the most wonderful experience. The women who checked us out had her hair in a braid and a blue shirt on and she was just so sweet and kind. Very clean place. It said Brittanie on the receipt. Thank you so much!
