Have waited exceptionally long times in the drive thru and in the store. I decided to try a mobile order so I wouldn't have to wait as long. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for the staff to let me know the mobile order was sitting behind the counter. There is a spot titled mobile orders and they did not ask us once if we were waiting for an order nor did they tell us that mobile orders are not actually placed in the mobile order spot due to theft concerns.
Overall this is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. It doesn't belong in this plaza and is a nuisance to the neighborhood.

I went around 06:30 on a Sunday. The person working the register was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, no one made my sandwich; and, after 10 minutes of waiting, I had to go up and find out when it was going to be ready before they started it. The windows face east, and they had the blinds fully open making almost any seat uncomfortable because of the rising sun.

Normally I wouldn't stop to go out of my way to review a quick stop for coffee... HOWEVER! I was so impressed. I got a large iced coffee and splurged with ordering a maple long john as well. I used the app so it would be ready when I came through the drive-thru. Donuts at dunkin are so hit and miss nowadays but I took a chance. And I'm so glad I did. It was made completely fresh with no harder or stale feeling or taste. I can now say I can come out of my way for this location because I know it'll be worth the money I spent.

I really dont know what it is about west coast Dunkins. They all are just so much more poorly run than the East. The second someone says an order it should start cooking. In the east there is zero waiting for food at the windowbeyond maybe 20 seconds whether the line is long or empty. In Arizona, whether the line is long or empty, expect to wait at least a full minute and usuallt longer. As I write this I have been told to pull up ahead of the window to wait for one sandwich. Still waiting and it has been 5 minutes. Its my own fault though because this is a regular thing at every dunkin I have been to in AZ and I know that. Just go somewhere else lol itll either be cold, youll wait forever, have to repeat yourself 5 times in drive thru, etc.
If you do decide to go and they ask you to pull up ahead of the drive thru window to wait for your food, I suggest refusing to do so. Lmao. Focus more on making and giving me the food and less on moving my car, the one car in your line.
Edit: LOL and its the wrong food great. Wasted 10 minutes. WHY are you asking a customer to pull forward when the line is 100% empty. Own your actions. If it took you this long, you should let your timer run that long. “Pulling up” to wait for food isnt a real thing, so theres no designated spot. So i just sat in the middle of the road waiting 5 more minutes for the wrong food. It is confusing how all of these events happen simultaneously when the building has no customers inside or in the drive thru.

I’m sorry, how is this a bagel with cream cheese?? That isn’t even a teaspoon of cream cheese. This is so disappointing and my other bagel they gave me two bagel BOTTOMS. lol. Do better !!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would the manager is very rude and disrespectful I saw her arguing with an employee about tips that she didn't seem to wanna give him sounds very suspicious like she's trying to pocket money I will not be coming back here anymore plus the place low key looks kinda ghetto and dirty 🤢 disgusting worst service I ever experienced at a dunkin donuts bosa donuts is a lot better anyways

We placed an online order for breakfast for our group on a Sunday morning and went on mentioned time but only to wait for 45 minutes. where as the other folks who ordered onsite were able to get the order in minutes, We spoke to the manager and ask them to cancel online order and have our order placed new, but they instead make us wait for long time. Waste of time. Otherwise typical Dunkin but with bad customer service.

Manger was very rude, took 25 minutes to order a doughnut, drink, and they ran out of doughnuts at 11am. The couches are all ripped up, wallpaper is falling off the walls, and it is very unclean.

I placed a take out order this morning for wake up wraps. One of the main ingredients is missing from it which is bacon. I also wanted to order donut hole and they said they didn’t have any when it’s a donut shop. I’ve tried this location 3 times now and all three time I’ve been dissatisfied. Do better Dunkin.
