I placed a take out order this morning for wake up wraps. One of the main ingredients is missing from it which is bacon. I also wanted to order donut hole and they said they didn’t have any when it’s a donut shop. I’ve tried this location 3 times now and all three time I’ve been dissatisfied. Do better Dunkin.

Waited 20mins in drive-thru and ordered two coffees two donuts and a sandwich. "If you're gonna order food you're gonna wait 30-35mins, there's 10 orders ahead of you, 17 people inside, a big line behind you and a mass amount of door dash orders piling up. Are you sure you want this food?" When I said no that's okay she snarkily replied "that's what I thought. So just the donuts and the coffee?" I understand the overwhelming amount of orders and her warning me about the long wait but "that's what I thought" isn't exactly getting any sympathy from me. I get to the window and she doesn't look at me, she just gives me my total and throws me the bag of donuts as I give her my card.

This location has the longest wait times in their drive through line. I just sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to be greeted and asked to wait to place my order and 5 minutes later when placing my order asked to wait another 20 minutes if I was placing an order for food.

Would give zero Stars if I could! You guys need to shut the store down until you can get proper staff to hold the fort down! This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! Nov 4th between 8:30-9:00am after being trapped in the drive-thru line for at least 30 minutes for just a simple large iced coffee with oat milk, the gal was very cold, rude and made things very complicated asking me how many pumps and then telling me it's $4 just for the oatmilk now... etc etc! After going back and forth and me frustrated and confused why it needs to be this complicated after as long as I waited... I then asked her to just give me the price what it would be together for a coffee with whatever amount oatmilk "they usually put in." And instead she sarcastically and rudely came outside and made a big scene with other people in drive-thru pointing at the menu where I can see the prices! Unbelievable! Needless to say she completely discouraged me from wanting a coffee after that and I was quite angry to say the least. Never got my coffee and left! Never will I return to that store again! By the looks of the other reviews here, corporate needs to do something about the lousy service and staff (or lack there of) there!

Every time I come to this Dunkin' I have a problem. This has been going on for years. It had been quite awhile since I visited here. I went today, as today is when the Halloween Munchin buckets released. Of course, they never got them. In fact, I heard none of the Scottsdale stores got them (what a joke). So I ordered a couple of donuts, of course didn't have the flavor I wanted so had to chose something else. Then, I ordered hash browns and was told that it would be a 20 minute wait for those, so I said "forget it". Every single time there is an issue here. So frustrating.

I stopped going here they just don’t care how your drinks turn out I went back hoping it was a change since they are on they way to work it was better new people they seem happy order was right went back and back to people who don’t care I have complained and nothing happens it’s just a lost of money I think one manager offered me a donut when you buy a coffee lol I just asked them to remake my drink and when I say she can back in 2 sec same cup and 8 ice cube like Did you pour some of the drink out and add to it and I wasn’t supposed to notice I so over people apply for customers service but don’t want to serve the customer

I'm not sure what has happened here in the last two weeks but you cannot even get service. I order 15-20 minutes before I arrive and my order is still not ready ...the lobby is ignored and the lady that appears to be the manager is rude and yells at customers/the lobby that there are "too many of us" Today I came to get my order 20 minutes after I ordered...waited five minutes finally got a staff to listen so I could ask ...my drink wasn't even made.

The staff and location is great I always get the blended matcha with a shot of espresso. My issues is location seams to be a attract I won’t call them Karen’s but entitled people who love to complain and yell at the staff to the point where I feel uncomfortable I don’t like watching people get disrespected with no recourse it’s kind of sad but the staff is great
