The staff and location is great I always get the blended matcha with a shot of espresso. My issues is location seams to be a attract I won’t call them Karen’s but entitled people who love to complain and yell at the staff to the point where I feel uncomfortable I don’t like watching people get disrespected with no recourse it’s kind of sad but the staff is great

I’’ve been going to the Dunkin’ Donuts at Greenway and Tatum ever since they opened and a supporter of many other locations for 40 years and they used to be well run and then there were some changes made and upper management does not care about the customers., in fact I don’t think they’re aware of the concept of Customer Service. I realize I’m not going to the four seasons so I don’t expect that type of service...

We were there yesterday, March 25, 2024 and it’s been quite some time since we were at this location as our previous experience was very bad and the place was very dirty. The people were very rude that worked there and the manager didn’t know what they were doing.NOW With the new manager, Emadina The place has a 110% Turnaround.The place is clean. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. Hopefully the new manager manager and the staff stays there for a long time....
