Customer service is horrible at this location. And good luck ever getting them to answer the phone. And if you doordash get ready to get your donuts in a bag. This has happened twice to me.

They can’t make simples coffees
Outstanding location staff is friendly and attentive definitely a location i recommend took my daughter in for birthday donuts and they couldn't have done more to make our visit one of a kind

Waited in line inside for 5 mins. The cashier was just sitting outside while a lady said he's outside he'll be back in a minute. There were no less than 7 flies just buzzing around too, kind of gross so we left.

I have never had problems with the food here. My problem is with one of the workers. I went there on 10/20 at 12:30 PM in the afternoon and the guy who took my order was a white guy probably in his 30's (just so you know what he looked like). He took my order and got it wrong, before i could even finish my sentence so he could fix it he takes off from the drive thru window because he's in a rush to get my order out. So i go inside because he didnt even acknowledge if he heard me or not he just turned away. As soon as I walked inside he frantically gave me my fixed order and walked away acting like he was taking another order on his headset. He was so rude and even made a comment about me to the other guy.

They keep forgetting our order! Every single time we order, something is missing. This is a repeated issue.

Ordered a dozen donuts in the take out / drive through window. Paid for them and got home. They were covered in bugs. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Donna. She was very defensive about this. Then she asked what kind of donuts they were and I told her. She went onto say that they came from the bakery. The bugs had to come from there. I told her that I was not happy about this and she said “well, I am looking at ours and I don’t see any bugs!” I explained to her that I was looking right at them and she laughed. I found this to be very unprofessional and I told her I would be reporting this to corporate. She said “go ahead they won’t believe you, everyone is trying to get something for free!” And hung up!

Looking at the other reviews I’m kinda confused.. I don’t come in here very often but when I do the service is amazing! Came in a couple weeks ago and the young lady behind the counter was so sweet sadly don’t remember her name. And today Motab(I hope I spelled that right) was really helpful told her I needed something cold and sweet and she made me a drink plus offered to write down the recipe. These guys need a raise. I swear working in customer service takes a toll..

I always preferred this location over the other one near 19th ave and deer valley but idk if the workers changed locations but this one is going downhill. I have been coming to this Dunkin every other day and get a strawberry cc bagel and a refresher and the guy taking my order at 5am sounds annoyed every time and today my order was completely wrong and it’s not worth it to even come back. I’d make a complaint but I understand having bad days and I don’t want to affect the workers even though they somewhat ruined my breakfast. I asked for my drink to have light ice and they completely filled the cup with ice (more than usual) I couldn’t get my straw through the cup because there was so much ice! I asked for a bagel and I thought usually they put it on for you (every Dunkin I go to does that) instead I was parked for 10 minutes for just a bagel and when I opened the bag it had no cream cheese on it and instead they just threw the cream cheese package in the bottom of the bag with no knife so I’m just like…are we being lazy now or do we really just not care. I could’ve put it on myself but at least include the utensils if you’re going to not care to assemble the bagel correctly…

Wait 25 min is too much woow
This place is ridiculous! All I ordered was a toasted bagel at 8:06am with 1 person before me. I literally got my order at 8:25! I watched 4 people get their food or drinks before me. I could see if it was busy but it wasn't! This isthe 2nd time this has happened to me. Close to home but will find another one that isn't ran by kids.
Although donuts have gotten smaller the donuts were very fresh and the service was outstanding
