This place is ridiculous! All I ordered was a toasted bagel at 8:06am with 1 person before me. I literally got my order at 8:25! I watched 4 people get their food or drinks before me. I could see if it was busy but it wasn't! This isthe 2nd time this has happened to me. Close to home but will find another one that isn't ran by kids.

Staff members are somewhat friendly but their donuts need improvement I ordered 2 vanilla cream donuts and when I started to eat them there was no cream inside the donuts this is the second time this happened to me and nothing gets done.

I have health issues that make caffeine consumption dangerous for me and this specific location carelessly gave me the original blend and i had a hypertensive attack the entire rest of the day, and it could’ve put me in the hospital. Y’all need to watch your employees and what they’re doing man, this could’ve been a lawsuit if i was that kind of person

There’s 1 car in the drive thru, an empty lobby. I’m standing at the counter for 15 minutes and neither worker greeted me when I can in or even took my order yet. Very unprofessional and rude, extremely poor customer service. I hate leaving bad reviews but this really pissed me off. I’m not sure how these people make money here for the owners.

Came here for some food real quick before heading somewhere where there is none and the lady with black straight hair and lashes handed me a bag with a burnt black bagel and some cream cheese slabbed on top. The bagel was supposed to be for my kid to snack on but it’s not edible for her. Thanks for wasting my money.

Management needs to pay close attention to the condition of the business. Last time I was there, had to leave quickly because neither restroom was working. It's quite obvious the staff likes waiting on drive through customers. After all I have watched two or three employees stand by the drive through window and leave walk in customers wait for up to three minutes. 2nd in priority, Grub Hub & Door Dash drivers. Dunkin Donuts on Bell @ 9th St. isn't much better. My top pick is the DD at Bethany Home & 16th St. Then the DD at 19th Ave & Deer Valley.

Couldn't hear the speaker in the drive thru. My first coffee was wrong. Had it remade. It was still not much better and tasted like all milk. Had an extra wait for food and it was also still wrong. My coffee was a simple cold brew with oat milk, syrup, and sugar. Wrap up without cheese. Came with cheese. Simple order and it was wrong! Definitely not satisfied. Staff didn't seem to care too much. Will not return. Will never recommend this location.
This Dunkin is the best & friendliest out this way.My refresher & dogs pup cup, are made just right. If a order might be wrong,they listen & want to fix it. The refresher is my only drink,besides water & I look forward to it. Thank u to the manager & staff at this Dunkin Donuts. God Bless you all
