Poor customer service at drive through. They seems miserable. You'll leave miserable. swear I tell them the order to the T how to make it and it's always wrong. I went a week and a half without coffee cause it's always wrong. Went today. They got it wrong again. I'm not sure the problem but a waist of 5 dollars every time to try and treat myself.

I’ve been going to this place for many years every single day used to be the best Dunkin’ Donuts location but recently I don’t know if something wrong is going on a girl never say hi smile when I see her every morning I don’t feel good anymore. Honestly, I feel as the end of the world, when I see her face today, she ended up giving me different order first of all and then I told her this is not mine. I didn’t order any bagels. My order sample is the energy drink light ice. I believe I’m paying for that. I ended up leave the drink for them and I went to Starbucks and I believe I’ll keep doing that every day.

I've updated my review from 5 stars to 1 star. This location was once good, not anymore.Even when there are no other customers you can get help. Just drive up the street to Deer Valley to the store that actually cares about their customers.

I have mixed feelings...I like Dunkin and so do my girls...and that's why I like to take them in little donut dates. However...I was in there on 2/16 enjoying a treat with my 4yo next to the "valentines tree" She points out it's covered in hearts...cute... until you read them. The "valentines tree" is covered in hearts that have absolutely disgusting things written in them. I was shocked...and disgusted. Who ever thought this was a cute or funny idea...as well as the manager need some serious review.
