My order was a part of a group order my friend at work made and they made my order completely wrong. I had asked specifically for oat milk and the moment I tasted my drink it was REGULAR MILK. Will not be ordering from here anymore. AND the order they gave me was Dine in and not take out!!!!

They need to hire new employees or retrain in customer service. This past month has been horrible with everyone giving attitude. I was ordering through drive thru and they were rushing me. There was only 1 car behind me so it’s not like they were busy.

I’ve never felt so unwelcome somewhere in my life. Me and my husband go here everyday at opening time when the older woman with glasses who smokes, is there she never wants to unlock the door and when she serves us she literally is stomping around slamming things. So so unbelievably rude. We spend like 20$ every morning are we not allowed to come at opening? I would have never left a review unless it was a huge issue and it is we can only order donuts not breakfast sandwich or bagels because she rushes and undercooks everything. If she hate her job so much why work there?
Every other employee at this location has been completely kind and helpful.

This morning i ordered a meal deal . I clearly mentioned that I need egg and cheese and they gave me Bacon egg and cheese and also the drink which i got was not the same which i usually have with Dunkin. I would not recommend this place.

Very rude women. Waited 10 minutes and there no customers. I am doing a project in economics and was hoping to buy the different sized cups and containers to show which are the best for the price and most appealing to the consumer. The girl refused even when I offered to buy them. Second chance was given, never again at this location!

Every morning before work I get my iced chai latte and at 530am the staff are always cheerful, helpful and we even share a joke sometimes. Plus my coffee is always delish.
