I thought all Dunkins were the same in quality, but this one is consistently not good compared to others. Not sure why but my coffee just never tastes the same compared to literally any other location.

Walked in happy to get my favorite latte and walked out with nothing at 310 pm because of a bad attitude plus after going here a few times the drinks are hit or miss

Closed door at 6:30 and wouldn’t allow guests inside, shouldn’t display in store if it isn’t available for your hours.

The sourdough egg sandwich was not good at all. The crust was so hard I thought my teeth would crack biting into so I tore apart (they didn’t cut in half) just to eat it making a mess. The hash browns were cold. The reason I gave three stars because the counter woman was super nice.
This was a to-go order that’s why I didn’t take it back.

I dropped in for my free coffee and $6 breakfast for my grandson. The entire frontend crew was very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the management that morning. The cashier was attempting to answer a question about a protein switch on my sandwich. She was willing to try, and the manager stepped in and rudely corrected her in our presence, unprofessional. I don't intend on visiting often due to the ridiculous price of a single donut, $1.69! When this item is their main focus, you would think the prices should be more affordable.

Doughnuts every day all good except when the Doughnut maker isn't there a couple times a week and you get Doughnuts from another bakery and I can tell the difference for sure but the staff is friendly and they try there best.

Recently we came in on a hot day for donuts and iced tea, the staff seemed bothered we were there. We were placing our order when my daughter asked to wash my grandsons hands. He is autistic and needs to wash his hands or he will not eat if unable to wash his hands. We were told the bathrooms were closed. I said can we just wash his hands, my grandson will stim and become agitated and refuse to eat if he can't wash his hands. With a snarky reply the man said, nope they are closed. Now I understand lots of homeless /transit people are in that area but we were paying customers. I asked how they washed their hands or used the facilities and he refused to answer. I will be contacting the American disability fair act commission today to lodge a case with them against this establishment. The guy had dark longer hair and was thisand tall, and refused to give me his name. A wet paper towel, would have changed the outcome of this. Enjoy your investigation.
