The new Sabrina strawberry dream had oatmilk, but had a nice strawberry flavor and foam. The new braided apple pie is served hot and was surprisingly good and crispy.

I am so angry right now I come to this Dunkin' donuts every single day I just ordered my coffee and it tasted like crap when I told the girl she said oh we're training right now and close the window so because your training I'm supposed to take shity coffee I don't think so I paid good money for my coffee and I want it to taste the way it does every single day she was extremely rude to me and close the window in my face. Again I come to this Dunkin' donuts every single day I never complain cuz my coffee is always good and today it was not and I was expected to take it just because they're training

Management: you need to update your menu boards as the prices displayed are not the prices charged. I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato, and the menu board says $6.09 and I was charged $6.49.

I bought a sourdough sandwich and it was burnt. I asked if they could switch it or change it and both employees refused. I literally could not eat it! After a couple of bad looks, I was able to get a different sandwich.

I was in the drive thru. Order their 6 $ deal. I pull up to the windows and the young old man who has very little hair attitude was very poor indeed. I'll I am waiting on is a coffee that all, he handed me my food and made me wait for a small coffee. He had his back towards the window. Five minutes for the coffee I asked for sugar because it wasn't any in the bag or cream. But in my order was 3 and 3. And when I asked for my condiments he gave me such a nasty look and asked how many? Sir it was in the order. I said nevermind and pull off. Just Rude

I had a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts, thanks to Mike! He went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and that I was able to use my coupons without any issues. He was patient, helpful, and made sure I got everything I wanted—including the cup cup! It’s not always easy to find great customer service, but Mike made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Thanks again, Mike! I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered $50 Worth coffee and sandwiches pulling through the drive-through, they informed me they’re going to have to switch my sandwiches to bagels, which is understandable, but I wish I would’ve known that in advance… I waited in the drive-through line for about 10 minutes, my drinks were wrong. They didn’t even seem apologetic for messing up. My hashbrowns were not cooked properly, I wish I would’ve took my service across the street to Starbucks. Do not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts horrid experience

We used to go here all the time and loved it. Now I can't remember the last time I went here that didn't have an issue with our order. Constantly missing items, burnt food, improperly mixed drinks, etc. Last time I went I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Today we tried to order ahead and our order was cancelled. Had to redo the order and as I was leaving it was cancelled again, no reason stated. This is enough. We are giving up, Dunkin... Sorry, we used to love you guys.
