Came in to get an order. I tried to find out how long it would be before i could pick up the order. And was completely ignored me. 10 to 15 + min wait. After arrival for a mobile order is not okay.

If I could give the Store half of one star I would and that’s being generous the people here that work are so rude. I would never come back to this location again future reference for anyone I would suggest you stay really far from here. I don’t understand why people work there if they cannot make a drink properly simple milk and scoops of Matcha can’t even be done right sad.

This place has become a nightmare... waiting in the drive through for over 10 to 15 minutes before we can even order is diabolical!! I used to love going here its convenient close to the school we get a donut one a week and go about our day but the service is horrible, the person in the drive thru is never nice like they were before when you get to the front and see its not even busy and they are all just taking their time no initiative to make the customer happy. Whoever manages this location should really look into the way their staff is running the store when they aren't present.. I am so disappointed 😞

Came in on Monday 07/28/2025 @10:40 AM and on my way in I saw two people that had just walked in and left and I wondered why after waiting 10 minutes by myself with nobody in line in front of me, staring at an almost empty rack of donuts with three selections I noticed the drive-through being helped and two or three staff members completely ignoring me at the desk. After 10 minutes I left and took my business elsewhere. I was hoping to have a box full of donuts I realize it wasn’t 11 AM but maybe after 11 AM you know all bets are off for something. I don’t know how it works but This is very disappointing work in customer service and if I would’ve seen somebody at the counter, I would’ve acknowledged them and told them it’ll be just one second but not even that I didn’t even get iContact. It was insane so much though that it had to post this bad review and I’m not fond of posting bad reviews I would rather post good reviews and I really like Dunkin’ Donuts donuts. I had some at work the other day they were great. I was hoping to get a whole box but I walked away with none should’ve went through the drive-through my mistake.

This is the worst dunkin in the country, they get something wrong with every single order, they give me frozen coffee with no coffee in it and forget items every single time, its unreal, no management whatsoever, and workers there are in capable of working without management clearly.

Every time I come, you guys are sold out of the glazed munchkins. Last time I came around 11am, and today around 2pm after driving to another location that also didn’t have them. Either make more if you are ALWAYS out of them HOURS before you close, or don’t even offer them at this point. It’s annoying. Don’t know the process of making them but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was also a lazy thing not wanting to make more of them. Tired of constantly wasting gas and you guys never having what I’m going for in stock. Ridiculous. The other reviews are also right about the drive through worker needing a class on customer service. “What do you want” isn’t inviting.

I went here to get some donuts for dessert after Church service and lunch. I really wanted a Boston Cream donut and they had two left. They're made in a star shape for the 4th of July. How very patriotic.

I'm tired of this place, extra toasted doesn't mean burnt just because I don't want half cooked bacon like everyone else. And I'm tired of places making the frozen stuff first and letting it sit there melting waiting for food, so my choices are to chug a drink to get any frozen bits or just have regular coffee at an upcharge.

Now been waiting over 3 minutes without getting any kind of greeting. Only person in store and drive in is not busy. This happens every day at this store. Customer service is not their concern here.

Most of the time they don't have all the donut varieties and the frozen coffee I asked was not really great either
