My husband and I thought that was the worst Apple Fritter we have ever had. It did not taste like an apple fritter and the dough was dry not mention not even and shred of apple in it. We will not return to this location again.

Today, I went in and .asked for a white cake chocolate iced donut; not available. .asked for a coconut donut; not available. .asked an apple-filled donut; not available. These are not specialty-edge case types of donuts. These should be available. Judging by the amount of customers in the drive thru (2) and in-store (0), I would say this store is on the way out? I am contacting corporate. Let's see you try to block THAT.

Nice location. I went to this Dunk’n because I was in the area. I waited in my car, in line for 15 minutes before even ordering. I ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk and a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. They did not have coconut milk, so I got almond milk (I’m lactose intolerant). When I pulled up to the window, it took 5 minutes for someone to take my money and they under charged me, so I figured that they had my order wrong. Which they did, they had forgotten the caramel macchiato. It took them another five minutes to make the caramel macchiato. So I do not recommend going here unless you have a lot of time on your hands cause it will take you about 25 minutes just to get your order through the drive-through.

I had an awful experience at Dunkin’. The staff was incredibly rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to place my order. When I finally got my drink, it was handed to me in such a careless way that it nearly spilled all over me. I also asked for straws, and they outright refused, which is baffling because, who doesn’t have straws at a coffee shop? Then, to top it off, they just closed the window without saying a word. Very disappointing service. I won’t be returning.

I guess the staff means to make the review as lower as they can, so they can reduce their work. And they did it, won't come here again. No restroom access, they said they don't even have a key to open, and they also need to go out to seek a restroom. Do you believe? That's my fault which didn't check the review first.

Being an everyday customer here means absolutely nothing. If they mess your drink up or it’s not right you have to pay for another drink apparently. And from what I was told no Dunkin is the same and they all do not use the same products. I normally go to this location but today I was by another location, this other location is undergoing remodel or whatever. I placed a mobile order and still had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through for the most disgusting and HOT iced coffee. I was gonna go back but it’s drive through only and there were already 6 other cars waiting. I went to this location and told them what happen and was told that they use different products and couldn’t remake the drink but I could pay $6 for another… uh what?!?!? No thanks yall just lost a customer. My one order a day may not make a difference but I won’t be spending my money here

Need to make granulated Sugar Donuts, and stop putting sprinkles on donuts it gives it a Cheap look.
I asked for a variety of donuts I gota lot with sprinkles.
This is the worst Dunkin by far. I have given this location multiple tries, and yet they still continue to fail. They are not consistent with their supply of donuts. You could arrive first thing when they open in the morning and yet they are out of everything even the most basic of donuts are never available. I don’t even attempt to go inside anymore because they completely ignore you for drive-through. The staff is rude and during multiple visits they have handed me my food and their hands don’t appear to be clean. There are other locations closer to this one, I would avoid it if you want your order to be actually fulfilled.

i got a coffee and 5 donuts, Sam was the one serving me, he needs a raise. Sam had the best service ive seen at every dunkin location. if you have extra cash, sam's the man, give him a tip

They usually don't have everything all the time. I even have to wait when ordering online. Lastly they kicked out my children for using the internet to finish up their homework since we have internet issues right now because they didn't purchase anything. Usually they don't have issues even if they wanted to just grab some water and cool off. It's one employee there that has something to say.
