Hazel is truly a bright spot at this Dunkin’ Donuts. She’s always so pleasant, welcoming, and in a genuinely great mood every time I come in. Her positive attitude makes the whole experience better, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel taken care of.
It’s clear she takes pride in her work — my orders are always correct, she moves quickly even during busy times, and she treats everyone with kindness and respect. Team members like Hazel make a huge difference, and she deserves to be recognized for the excellent customer service she provides.

LOVE THIS LOCATION! Right next to my job as well, so very convenient for the early morning stops for coffee. Hate to see negative comments about someone not getting their order when I’ve actually witnessed SEVERAL times people driving away in a rush to get where they are going and not getting their full complete order. The people here are AMAZING, kind and respectful. Hazel is my girl! She knows my voice as soon as I come up to the intercom to order. Don’t let the negativity from others distract you from people who actually care about their jobs and their customers here. It’s not the workers fault you’re in a rush 🤷🏽♀️Shoutout to Hazel! -From someone who deals with crazy customers ALL day!

Horrible service. I’ve been coming here for years. Today, August 25 at 12:10 am I came by to get my normal. Snackin bacon. It was COLD VERY COLD. WHEN I TOLD THIS DISRESPECTFUL GIRL she stated THE BACON IS SERVED COLD. what? Mam why would I buy ice cold bacon. Very rude. Horrible.

I go to this Dunkin every day but yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had, I would like to speak to an hr member or district manager because I have a complaint I would like to file against the manager at this location. Please and thank you.

This is the closest dunkin to my house and it has definitely been the nicest one I’ve been to! We are always greeted, and asked if we would like condiments or whatever is needed. Hazel is our favorite drive thru girly. She has been the nicest worker and super attentive! Every time we go she’s cheerful and kind when serving my wife or I on different occasions.

Dunkin' donuts was great until this cop rolled up on my motorcycle and just like hawked me and stayed there waiting for me to leave.....like that was crazy! So I had my roommate pick me up and left my bike...... for now. Cross your fingers for me.
