This Dunkin donuts place customer service is good but the whole inside of Dunkin donuts the place is very dirty can't see garbage underneath the rack floor was dirty counter falling apart

My experience with a Dunkin’ Donuts was when I went through the drive-through at 2322 E Thomas rd Phoenix AZ 85016, I ordered a large midnight coffee with four shots of of coconut between 7:30am-7:40am on 11/6/24 when I spoke into the speaker I asked can you hear me? She said she can hear me so I put my order in and she didn’t respond. I asked her did you hear me when I said four shots of coconut she said yes, She had an attitude and all in nutshell, she didn’t put any shots of coconut in my coffee before I knew that I asked her for extra cream because I asked for 4 creams on the side there was only 3 in the bag she slammed a whole bunch of creams in my hand hard and shut the window. When I drove off I sipped the Coffee there were no coconut shots, now I’m a coffee drinker and I know my coffee and I know when someone doesn’t fix my coffee, right I was too much in a hurry to get to work so I left it at that, I don’t know if that was personal. It was rude for some reason in Arizona , certain cultures have a problem with other cultures and that’s what I sensed I’m a blk woman and she was spanish, I will be contacting corporate via email. They need an attitude adjustment towards the customers they may not like and
