I literally just drove off after going through the drive-through asking for chocolate frosted glaze, vanilla frosted, and glazed doughnut two of each to make half a dozen
I checked my order at the window it’s wrong. I asked her to fix it. She goes back and makes it wrong again, but I don’t notice that she made it wrong again because I’ve driven off already assuming that she corrected the error. So damn annoying. 3:51pm left the time as I don’t know the name of the woman who will not only took my order and after me
Clarify it still getting it wrong. In this economy people don’t have money to be paying for what they didn’t order and don’t want and don’t like

I arrived first thing in the morning. As the employees were and I asked to charge my cell phone briefly. So I can get access to my money. And they i mean, all of them ignored me for about five or six hours. While I just sat there with a note that I wrote out for any customers to read to offer me assistance. And so the district manager just kicked me out cold hearted and blatanty, and I will never again shop at a dunkin' donut because of the district manager here at this location

Myself and a fellow walked in. No one said a word towards our existence. Then the cashier disappeared while we were figuring out our order. The other employee tended to her side of the shop all invisible like as we stood waiting at the register for help. 3 minutes went by as we waited patiently before we took offense and left. Gen Z is definitely aiming to ruin businesses.... apparently.

I placed a mobile order for the wrong location. The gentleman at the drive through window was kind enough to take a look at my order and start making it right away for me. Everyone here always provides great customer service when I visit versus other locations I’ve been to. Needless to say I made it to work on time aha (; May all your bank accounts see an abundance of cash flow! $$$ lol have a great day guys. ❤︎

REVIEW FOR PHOENIX LOCATION AT 16 ST AND BETHANY HOME ROAD LOCATION EXCLUSIVELY.

Walked in and witnessed four orders process from drive thru before being told I'll be with you shortly. Proceeded to take two additional orders from drive thru including order for dozens of donuts( yea multiple dozen). The case was cleaned out of varieties I desired. My order was eventually filled minus shortages.

Food quality received was as expected.

Atmosphere was as expected for corporate environment.

Staffing was full for morning rush(five)

MOST QSR AND THE FRANCHISES ARE FAILURES AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ONLY COUNT AND MONITURE DRIVE THRU SPEED AS SUCH ARE FAILURES. AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hope local independents run those failing to treat customer equitably fail just as that fail their customers.

NEVER AGAIN WILL SPEND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION EXCLUSIVELY
