REVIEW FOR PHOENIX LOCATION AT 16 ST AND BETHANY HOME ROAD LOCATION EXCLUSIVELY.
Walked in and witnessed four orders process from drive thru before being told I'll be with you shortly. Proceeded to take two additional orders from drive thru including order for dozens of donuts( yea multiple dozen). The case was cleaned out of varieties I desired. My order was eventually filled minus shortages.
Food quality received was as expected.
Atmosphere was as expected for corporate environment.
Staffing was full for morning rush(five)
MOST QSR AND THE FRANCHISES ARE FAILURES AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ONLY COUNT AND MONITURE DRIVE THRU SPEED AS SUCH ARE FAILURES. AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Hope local independents run those failing to treat customer equitably fail just as that fail their customers.

I gave this location a second try after a very disappointing online order. I’ll start with that experience. We ordered online and went through the drive through for pick up. The dude on the speaker was super high. Obnoxiously so, telling us he didn’t have half the donuts we ordered. Its Sunday so I give him grace and tell him to replace them with what they had. After longer than it should have taken we get to the window and the dude hands us our order without saying a word. We drive away to find all our sandwiches were wrong (asked for no cheese due to allergy) everything had cheese. We asked for 6 donuts got three and only one was what we asked for including the corrections made at the speaker.
Well I gave them another chance two Sundays later. Only this time I went inside. They had nothing but blueberry donuts and glazed donut holes. Only two boys working and the place was filthy.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SOMEONE MANAGE THIS PLACE!

This is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to our home or I would never go there. They always screw up our order. I don’t wanna go into details but they give zero effort and could care less about customer service. I highly recommend going somewhere else. As I am not

Did not give me anything I asked for correctly. I ordered half a dozen donuts and a mocha. I said plain donuts, got those disgusting dry holiday sprinkles. Asked for the toasted white chocolate mocha, got a coffee with the flavor added. Previous visits had burnt bagels and undercooked bacon. I don't know what's happening here but everyone inside is not just unhappy, but seem visibly upset. I left, with what I got and won't be returning.

I ordered a macchiato from them, and there was no coffee in it. It was just milk and caramel flavoring. And I was too far away to justify returning it. Ridiculous.
Love this place at least three trips a week to this spot. ! The staff are super friendly and always get the orders right.

Great & fresh food. But they are terribly understaffed which is unfair to their workers. Saw 2 workers running both drive through & front of house. Whoever is managing the place needs to make sure they have more than 2 workers. The workers themselves were wonderful but no one should endure shifts like that.
