worst dunkin experience i’ve ever encountered. this reminded me why i prefer starbucks. went at 4am to get the new sabrina carpenter refresher order 2 drinks and got the cup for some reason we had to park and wait for 10 minutes for 1 drink and 2 cups!! make it make sense and on top of that the drink tasted like sour milk and there was aveno lotion in the kitchen where they make the drinks and food! like what! even if it’s a last resort do not go here it’s not worth the poor service

They're not answering the phone but I wanted to address the fact they don't have Avocado Toast on any delivery app menu. That needs to be fixed. Who can I speak to about that?

If you are in need of a judgment lady to take your order, this is THE PLACE! This cashier, potentially shift lead/manager really likes to share her thoughts about your order decision making and you can’t really ask questions because you’ll get vague non answers. If that doesn’t get your socks rocking, idk what will! Ugh. The food is the same as anywhere else. Greasy, fast and easy. She’s just an added perk when you decide to go into the restaurant specifically.
We have a Dunkin’ Donuts where we go to every morning it’s on 51st Ave. and all of it is amazing. They treat you amazing and always make sure you leave happy today. We had to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts on I 17 and Bethany home. The lady seemed like it was a chore to help me. She didn’t make my drink the way I would like and she didn’t do anything to help. Keep my drink at a reasonable price like they generally do. I’m an avid every day customer who probably spends at least $30-$40 in there every day to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The manager there in the morning should’ve helped me a lot better hopefully nobody else has to deal with this lady.
