In all the times I have been a customer here, I have never had to deal with disrespect. Today, was a completely different story, made a mobile order, and I get they're busy, as the line was pretty long. However, when I noticed that I had an item missing, and I brought it to the attention of the Drive thru employee, she tried to say it was all there, when it wasn't and I had my receipt to prove it.

Yet I still got turned away for the mistake, and I refused to leave.

The employee ended up taking the common item from another customer and admitted to taking it from a other customers back.

The employee treated me like I was a liar, gave me dirty looks and an attitude.

Its busy, and it can be a common mistake, all they had to say was "I apologize, let me correct that for you" but instead I got an attitude from an employee that clearly doesn't care about customers.

Dunkin' Donuts: Where Customers Come Last

I never thought I’d have to beg a donut shop to sell me donuts, but that’s exactly what happened at Dunkin’ Donuts. I walked in at 5:55 AM—bright and early—ready to purchase 30 donuts for my daughter's class to celebrate her birthday. Simple, right? Wrong.

Despite having the inventory in stock, the employees flat-out refused to sell me more than 24 donuts because—get this—they had already sold 9 dozen earlier and needed to “save” donuts for other customers who might show up later in the day. Excuse me? The purpose of a business is to sell products to paying customers—not to ration inventory like we’re in the middle of a national shortage.

I explained multiple times that the donuts were for a child's birthday celebration, yet they still wouldn’t budge. To make matters worse, I tried calling ahead the day before to place an order, but after calling more than EIGHT TIMES, no one ever answered the phone. Apparently, customer service at this location is optional.

So let me get this straight—Dunkin’ had the product, I had the money, and yet they refused to make a sale? That’s a business failure at every level. If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes convenience, reliability, and basic customer service, this is NOT it.

Dunkin' Donuts just lost a loyal customer, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this ridiculous experience. Never again.

This location is staffed by rude, unprofessional, low skilled individuals. Their order fulfillment process is chaotic, disorganized, and inconsistent. The girl wearing a pink sweater who was working the drive thru window on 2/14/25 in the morning has had a bad attitude during multiple visits. On this day she tried to give me the wrong order and then said they didn't have the receipt for my order. She asked for my order, delayed significantly, then provided a pathetically made drink with no straw and the wrong donut. I decided to leave for the sake of the people behind me in line rather than wasting their time. I will never return to this location and highly unlikely to visit any other Dunkin location.

I always order the exact same thing and I'd say more than half the time there is at least 1 thing wrong. I usually just take it cause im in a hurry.

Seems like I am always seeing new employees there and they are never there long enough to get the hang of things.

I asked for chocolate glazed they gave me glazed no chocolate.
I asked for Iced cookie butter latte WITH cookie butter cold foam WITH COOKIE CRUMBS. I didn’t get no cookie crumbs.
Not even a receipt.
Make sure to check your orders before leaving !
