Went in today to buy some donuts I was not greeted. They They were all doing something but totally ignoring us and then finally when I guess she heard us saying that we have we’re not being greeted she said are you ready? Yes we’re ready. That’s what I said, but they were not polite at all. Very bad customer service.

Great service and so polite!! Young lady with the long beautiful braids has the most gentle caring smile. She's truly amazing at making customers feel welcome. The young man that made our delicious ice coffees was also very polite.

My daughter pulled into Dunkin’ Donuts at 11:20 AM before she had to be to work at 1:00 PM, she wanted to grab some coffee come home and put her makeup on and get ready for work while she drank her coffee. At 12:15 she called me crying, saying that she was still stuck in the line at Dunkin’ Donuts and the people ahead of her had not been taken care of, but there were people behind her and she couldn’t get out of the line and she was concerned she was going to be late for work. At 12:30 she got to the front of the line finally and the girl told her sorry we only have two people working and gave her a shitty coffee that tasted horrible. My daughter came home in tears, she came home crying, it is 1240 in the afternoon, she has to be to work at 1 o’clock, 25 minutes away from our house and she is in her pajamas and she has no coffee and she is bawling her eyes out because not only did Dunkin ignore their drive-through customers for almost an hour, when they did help them, they didn’t give them quality service.
You people are horrible and I will be there to get my daughter‘s refund. Pulling into Starbucks to get my kid some coffee for a better day.

I wanted to let you guys know a complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant experience I had at your Dunkin’ location on Northern. When I went through the drive-thru to order two boxes of coffee and two dozen donuts, the woman named Michelle on the intercom was immediately rude and unprofessional. She kept repeating herself in a condescending tone and told me there would be a 20–30 minute wait. I politely responded that I didn’t mind, but her attitude continued. When I got to the window, she opened it abruptly, confirmed my order in an irritated tone, and then slammed the window shut without a word. Shortly after, a gentleman named Adam came to assist me, apologized for her behavior, and completed my order professionally I truly appreciated his help. However, the woman’s behavior was unacceptable. Her demeanor, dilated eyes, and erratic attitude made me question if she was under the influence while working. This is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location the employees often appear unprofessional, and the overall cleanliness and product quality are very concerning. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Dunkin’. I hope this issue is addressed seriously to ensure better service and professionalism at this location going forward.

A single order of one donut took a solid ten minutes to get. The person in front of us in the drive through took even longer for a single bag however I didn't know their order.
Upon visiting Dunkin’ Donuts, I encountered cashier Adam, who demonstrated exceptional courtesy by inquiring about our preferences. I opted for a sweet tea, while my companion selected a beverage infused with dragon fruit. As we prepared to depart, I inquired about the possibility of obtaining a refill. Adam graciously agreed, informing me that he would cover the cost of an additional cup. However, he reassured me that it was unnecessary, prompting me to return my two cups, along with my girlfriend’s, and we exited the establishment as contented customers. I extend my sincere gratitude to Adam for his exceptional service, as such an experience is not frequently encountered.

Let me start by saying, I only use Dunkin for the convenience of the drive-thru window. If I had time to go inside, I'd choose a better donut shop. The drive-thru is the only way you get my business. You can't pick your donuts in the drive thru anymore. You can only get pre-assorted donuts. I've picked my own donuts at this location everytime I've visited for the last 3 years. Why is it changed today? Are you really that lazy that you have to inconvenience the customer by making them go inside to pick what they want? I will never return to a Dunkin Donuts and I'm low key ashamed I even went there to begin with.

Whoever the tall skinny girl is she needs to be fired she is rude and says little inappropriate comments under her breath and the boy she was working with poor him cause she be littles him calls him names and I don’t think he or anyone that comes into this place of business should have to put up with her and this isn’t the first time I experience this with her but me being a good person I try to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s just ridiculous
