To whom it may concern,
I am writing this email because I went to the Dutch Bro’s off of Indian school and 32nd st today and my experience was absolutely terrible. My wife and I had gotten two medium iced Golden Eagles and the barista that took our order was rushing us and incredibly rude. Our order was simple and no added things so her to be frustrated with us was ridiculous. She made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable with her meaness and snarky tone. When she read our order back and we corrected her mistake of saying they were hot she repeated ice or hot with a harsh attitude. I have been a loyal customer to this Dutch location for years and this is the first time I’ve ever encountered this. Thankfully the young woman outside with her gave us her name and apologized. She said the rude employees name is niam or however you spell it. As I customer I have never been so disappointed and felt so terrible due to an employee being so passive. I think that girl needs a retraining on how to treat people. I have never witnessed someone so rude, impatient, and miserable in my whole life. To see the way she was speaking to the other lady outside as well was just plain sad. She had that same attitude with her when discussing whatever it was they were talking about. These employees deserve better for having to put up with her. Do better Dutch on Indian school.

Great coffee I love the cocomo!! The staff is friendly and usually attentive!! I visited today and the service was just okay! It was my first stop immediately flying in to Phoenix & usually always my first stop! I did a mobile order and the staff was struggling to get it right.

The employees are super attentive and friendly! Right when you walk up it's a lively, fun, & clean environment. They have a menu with lots of variety! The options are mouth watering. When I received my drink .I could not put it down. Love this place and their brand!

Music needs to stop earlier. We live just north of Dutch Bros. at 32 St. and Indian School and the music is blaring far too late into the evenings. Please cut music off earlier. 6 pm would be fine.
