Two lovely gentlemen that were working this morning instead of doing common courtesy while I sat at the window for damn near 10 mins without anything being said to me all for me to drive to the front while they still ignore me instead they should have informed me that they were close an weren’t taking orders until they opened at 5 which I forgot so I would say retrain ur rude ass workers that think ignoring someone is better then simply sayin a quick response

The people that work here are really nice & the drinks are delicious. My only gripe - HUGE ISSUE FOR ME - is that they are next to an open sewer line & the entire time I was there smelled repulsive. The scent of feces & garbage was intense & extremely awful. I feel really bad for the poor innocent kids who have to work here everyday. I just hope they find better jobs at decent smelling places really soon.

I had a real disappointing experience at this location this week. The employee Faith she had glasses and red hair was incredibly rude and distracted. Seemingly because she was too focused on texting and chatting on her Apple Watch and giggling rather than paying attention to customers. The line was long and it felt like she wasn’t giving her job the attention it deserved. I missed the days when the older crew was working at the stand. Their customer service was always so much better and their overall atmosphere was much more pleasant. It’s disappointing to see the level of service drop.

This is a great location to get Dutch and it was recently renovated! They have a variety of drinks, always friendly service and a it’s a reasonable price. Beware that depending on the time you go, it’ll most likely have a big line.

I’m here right now 19 mins later the woman working the window acknowledges me. Meanwhile I watch the line in the drive thru clear out completely twice while I’m still waiting to order a drink. This place use to be fun to come to. But I won’t be back. I would love for Mngt to call me
Tried an almond frappe made with cows milk and almond flavoring for the first time- it tasted like milk of magnesia. The ice was so fine it didn’t even seem like a frappe. SOO disappointed and I threw it in the trash. ??

20+ cars in line, one person taking orders out in the drive thru but not even going in order. She took 5 or 6 cars worth, then went inside. Did not move for almost 15 minutes. I was able to squeeze out of line and did walk up. Got my drinks and left. Yet the line had not moved at all. Yikes.

Well here's this.... My man drives out of his way because there is a few people that we just love here. Some know how to make an amazing FJ and GE. Then there are some who don't listen and rather talk about the sky. We get it. You "care" that's the atmosphere. But it's also to get the customers in and out in an orderly fashion. You are able to do both.

We tried going to the bikini bean for coffee, and after waiting in line while all the service girls flirted with the truck in front of us for what seemed like forever, we found out their expresso machine was broken. So we came to Dutch Bros. The service was awesome, and the wait was not that bad. They said they were pretty busy for a Wednesday, but the coffee was good, so we didn't mind. I'll be going here instead of the other place in the future
