I usually don’t complain when it comes to anything fast food related and the drinks they make are always good my only issue is the sense of urgency. I placed an online order 15 minutes ahead and there was only 2 people ahead of me in the line so I thought this should be quick but no. Both of the employees that helped me sat there and talked to the car in front of me for a good 5-8 minutes each while there is a line building up behind me and once I got to the window my drink wasent made the way I wanted it to be and when I said that to the employee she seemed so annoyed and was rude. This DB is ALWAYS slow every time I’ve gone but this is just ridiculous

Never coming to Dutch again, every time I go to this location even if I go with time I end up late. This morning I scheduled a pick up order but when I arrived they had a line of people ahead of me even though I had scheduled ahead. I had to leave without anything as I was going to be late for work and when I asked for a refund I was told to go through the app. The app gives you no options and just has an AI feature, no costumer service. So I paid for nothing. Thanks, that ruined my day.

6 employees sat outside having a meeting while cars stacked up and the wait was 20 min or more at the 2961 E Bell rd Phoenix location. 3 employees that looked super un-impressed were working inside and one very understanding and sweet girl - Angela - came and took my order and brought it out to me as soon as it was done. I even took a picture of the group outside. I have been a DB fan since it's beginning inthe PNW.
