I just ordered a latte from here and realized the reason it tasted so weird was because they just gave me warm milk with sweetener in it with no espresso 🙃

The drinks are always taste different when I got here even though I always order the exact same things. Everything usually tastes good unless it is made differently. This time my coffee was so bitter I had to go and get creamer and other items to doctor it to make it tolerable. I will go back and try it again soon. The staff are friendly but got upset cause I went in one lane and not the other but it wasn't blocked.

Absolutely the worst service. Ordered 5 drinks on the app. Took 31 minutes to receive our order. People who walked up and ordered got their drinks basically right away. Rude girl at the window. Had to ask for straws and a drink carrier.

Was explicitly clear with multiple employees that we were using a birthday reward and was still charged for our drink, even after scanning our reward. We come here frequently and were pretty disappointed.

this is my local dutch and ever since it opened i’ve never had a good experience but it’s the closest to me, i ordered strawberry soft top on my drink and it looked like they gave me a tablespoon of bubblegum pink mucus instead of a yummy layer of soft top. i figured maybe that day my drink just flunked like usual but didn’t get to bothered, went again and it was the exact same thing. now when you see drinks posted of other people getting it from different locations it looks perfect like actual strawberry soft top, so i know it’s not just how it looks.

They wouldn't give me my free drink when my app said I had a free medium drink , I confirmed my points and the lady taking my order said it wasn't valid but the person at the window would fix it the Manager Truitt told me there was nothing he can do and I had to pay for two drinks when I was exited to use my app for a free medium drink I was very disappointed

Very upsetting to get cold coffee so sugar and at a premium whats worse is that their type of service expect a tip to boot never again go support local real coffee shops

Ordered a caramelizer and a French toast golden eagle, and somehow received a mocha coffee and a milk coffee that was not great. Appears there getting a little disorganized.
Is it necessary to take forever to get an order, employees huddle up and talk instead of taking orders or they just take forever in one car, I get that customer service is part of Dutch but come on it shouldn’t take that long!!!!

I have wasted more of my life in Dutch Bros drive thrus than any other coffee or fast food chain. This wasn't the worst wait (which was 25 min), but it was 18 min to get a rebel drink that took maybe 60 seconds to make.
Dutch has a problem. One, their employees are way too chatty. Also, at this location, there was no rhyme or reason on how the 'broista ' took the orders from the dual lanes at the drive thru. Shouldn't it be every other car ?
I've already cut my Dutch Bros visits in half because of these awful drive-thru wait times.

I asked for a large cup no ice, they gave me the cup filled up half way cuz its no ice. So stupid. Bro like i paid for a large 8 dollar for a half cup.
