Whatever little white girl they have at the walk up window does not know how to multitask I was standing in line before any of the people behind me and she said ooo sorry I have to prioritize mobile orders before I can take your order so she decided to take 3 people ahead of me when I was there before any of them terribly customer service

Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing! These guys really care about their customers and make sure everyone feels cared for. You occasionally get someone who can be having a bad day and talks down to you, but I have only experienced that a few times over the last year of coming here. Caleigh was delightful! She was so nice and sweet! It was my daughter's birthday and she made a BIG deal deal about it and decorated her cup with confetti and a bunch of suckers!!!! That made my daughter's birthday special! Thank you Caleigh! And the drinks were all amazing!! :)

The employee at the front register tonight was so unprofessional. She had us and two other cars behind us wait 20 mins in the drive thru because she was talking to a friend at the window. We assumed she was waiting on her order. Something felt off because she was disregarding everyone else behind her friend. To the point were I had to exit my vehicle and had to walk up to the window and ask her if it was going to be a bit longer since I’ll we ordered were two loafs and a coffee. The employee then stated “ oh she is about leave now. Then she proceeds to blame her coworkers by saying” oh why didn’t yall run the items to the them? “ management please get the girl in check. We will not be returning absolute horrible service and wait time not what we expect out of a Dutch bros

Horrible staff. There was only one car in front of us and they spent over 20 minutes just chatting with the one car AFTER they already handed them their drinks. It was only after we got out of the car to ask if it’ll take much longer that they finally let the car leave. Absolutely ridiculous wait time for no reason. It was the girl at the window on 12/02/25 at 9:15pm. Management please get your employee in check.

False advertisement! The app says they are giving Dutch ornaments but when I got there at 10am they had no ornaments. I guess this is their way of scamming more money from people.

Went there and one person was in line, I got there the same time as someone else. I got ONE drink and had to wait in line for maybe 30 minutes because the runners outside were talking to their friend, I then got skipped because one of the runners didn’t want to stop talking to the lady so she made her other runner do the rest of the cars, very disappointed as I know this isn’t how dutch should be, SPEED, quality, service but didn’t receive that! Perhaps if you need to talk to someone for that long they should go to walk up!
