First off first time I went there it took 1 hour to get out of there and the line would not move forward and when I got to the window I still had to wait longer cause neither of my drinks were ready but they were taking other cars way back of the lines drinks ! ! Very slow and employees are a bit rude ! My brother went and the girl skipped him in line and started taking the car behind hims order and when she was done she pulled to his window and said “next time don’t pull forward “ like trying to say she helped the person behind him first cause he moved his car forward. Never going back to this place again !
This place is cute but they dont have a bathroom for paying customers. Makes the location seem ghetto.

Drive thru flow & parking needs to be fixed.
So they need to put their drive thru signs in a better location. The flow of traffic to park and to go to the drive thru is a nightmare. The exits too.
Imo you need to have a street sign telling people the drive thru entrance is the entrance to walgreens on camelback or e trance to wapgreens thru 35th ave... not have the cars go to dutch on the entrance of the camelback and 36ave (since currently there's an exit only sign there & most people try to go this way)
Next, how the flow of traffic is right now, I can't park in the designated dutch bro parking because the drive thru lanes are blocking the entrance. And if I want to go the other way (thru the front of risas dental) that part is blocked off to have the drive thru cars only exist thru risas dental parking.
Someone needs to come out in peak hours and see how bad traffic gets.
Also having the employees park on the side street of 36ave & camelback makes it look like the line is going that way and the parked cars are in line.
Also there is no outside seating to wait for walk up orders.
Idk I expected more when I heard this was guna be opening in my area.
Whatever way you decide for the flow of traffic will be fine but make the drive thru and exit signs clear! And make a way for cars to park without having to wait for the drive thru lanes to clear.
I asked employees if they knew the flow of traffic and they had no idea. This is my 3rd time here since it opened and all employees ive spoken to had no idea... so yea.

First time ever at Dutch. I went with my friends to introduce me to what I'm missing out on. The cashier was nice and my order was quick and spectacular. One weakness was that there was no tables for us to sit on.

Not very friendly, at times hard for them to even concentrate to get order correct and the shots are horrible. Bitter coffee and I should not have to plead with them to pull fresh shots and throw out old ones. I usually go to 12th street. They are the BEST. Friendly and make the coffee correctly. I spend a crap load of money on coffee at DB so I expect better. Everyday abt 20 dollars...Next will be straight corporate complaint....

Both of my drinks were made wrong I only have a picture of the first one because the other drink I purchased for a co-worker my husband picked them up and brought them to me at work not knowing they were made in correctly and I had to wait two hours so I got to work to come back and address the issue when I walked up to the pickup window I explained to the girl at the window that my order was wrong and the drinks tasted disgusting she rolls her eyes doesn't say anything to me and then turns around to a male coworker who I'm assuming is either a manager or has the capability to deal with customers obviously a lot better than she did. Now the mail worker that I interacted with was great very good customer service but I work in customer service too and I don't appreciate the eye roll or the attitude.

Service was friendly, no complaints. Kinda chaotic cause no one knows who goes next. Also, we waited for so long! Way longer than other locations. Our drinks were already melted by the time we got to the window.

Whats the point of ordering ahead if I show up and they just submit the order when I show up for pick up? I might as well have ordered in person. Kinda annoying and not my usual experience from other Dutch bros.

Skip out on this location. It was a madhouse. I waited thirty minutes in line with my car, and people kept trying to cut in front. No one was directing traffic. I just left. I would either wait, till they have more experience under their belt, or go to a different location.

First of all, why is there reviews from 2 weeks ago if they opened literally 3 days ago?
I love Dutch Bros and I had really good expectations from this place but I did had a really bad experience this morning. I feel like friendliness with customers was missing, communication between them was lost because they seemed to be all over the place and didn’t know what was really going on. Waited a little more time than expected compared to other locations I had been before. I hope next time I visit this place they’re a little more coordinated and friendly, a smile won’t kill anyone.

I know this locations is brand new but this location still need to work on customer service and more. 1. Waited on line forever (longer than other locations) 2. Once I got to the window I wasn’t greeted, not even a smile. I did say hello and nothing! 3. Even tho it was a lot of people inside working and a bunch of drinks already ready in the window, mine wasn’t ready and when they finally gave me my order, it was wrong made. The little lady seemed a little frustrated.
Needs more coordination, more people with friendly faces and maybe a little more experience for people that are in customer service.
