Sadly this community restaurant has permanently closed. The owner stated it has been sold but there are no plans for it to reopen any time soon.We are left with fond memories of their excellent food and commitment to serving our community through these challenging times.
Great gyro, awesome people, best deco. Seems like a prefect place to enjoy a good book. Also pet friendly patio!
Early Baker made an ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS Key Lime Cheesecake for my husband’s birthday. It was beyond PERFECT!! They were completely amenable and very friendly as well!! Thank you, Early Baker!!
Awesome food! Awesome friendly staff
I was very happy and pleased with the flavors of this dish! Can’t wait to go back and try their different crepes
So excited!! The food is so authentic and flavorful. The owners are just amazing, and kind hearted, doing so much to help make our special day that much better. The place is just filled with passion for food and desserts. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants clean and delicious eating!!
Delicious breakfast. Felt totally safe there. Help support this local spit before it is gone.
This hidden gem is my favorite. Best grape leaves around. The owner mother hand wraps them. Best croissant ever. Service is always good. they even tell you how to warm thing up.
I rarely give ratings but just discovered Early Baker and found out that everything is homemade! If you have a family member with food allergies, this will be your new favorite restaurant. My son is able to eat soy free pastries and bread here! The owners are amazing. Highly recommend!!
The food we got here was all delicious! The stuffed grape leaves are the best I've had. We also got the breakfast burrito and turkey mushroom pesto crepes.

1st time order cake from EarlyBaker. My daughter wants marble cake for her birthday. After reading reviews online and want to support local. I called and placed the order 10 days before her bday. I told bakery her name and she likes dog. Bakery said they will make something about dogs. When I picked up cake today, I was so disappointed. No dog decorations nor happy birthday on it. My daughter was very upset. :(
Adam and his team are amazing in the kitchen. Good people and great food.
[I originally wrote this review for Yelp but am re-posting it here because everyone in the Valley should know what a perfect place this is.]
It was here I had the best croissant I have had in 10 years and in all of Arizona (and I have eaten croissants at restaurants all throughout the state). A flaky crust with just a whisper of crispness surrounded feathery layers of perfectly laminated dough, each bite a love letter to butter. It's the kind of croissant for which one shamelessly wets their finger to pick up every last flake and crumb left on the plate.
Let’s support our local businesses during this difficult time. I just called and Early Baker is doing takeout and curbside. They have some really fantastic baking going on there. Also, have you tried lunch or dinner there? Interesting selection of different types of meals - each one a treat. The owner is extremely lovely. Hoping to get us Ahwatukeans out there to support this business during this difficult time and beyond.
