If 3 is “not so good” and 5 is “absolutely excellent,” Echo Sushi is a solid 4 and just what we expected. The sushi and service was good, and the bowls really stood out. The place was clean, vibe was quiet and tame, and the staff was friendly. Most importantly, the fish was high quality.

Sushi was alright, they use weird purple type rice. Rolls are extremely expensive and over priced, small whole in the wall type of place, their bowls are the best deal though. Wanted to try this place since moving up here and I don’t know if we will be going back. Wasn’t impressed with this place at all.

I had the spring rolls and when I say this I mean it it was the BEST spring rolls I have ever had the people were very nice and the restaurant was clean and pretty overall I give this place a 10/10.

We were looking to try a new spot for lunch on Thursday and came across Echo Sushi. We decided to check it out and so glad we did. The menu has some really great options. I settled instantly on the Dumpling Ramen which was on their Specials list for the day. We also ordered egg rolls and the spicy pork. Service was great throughout our lunch. The location is small, but didn’t feel too cramped. The ramen has some amazing flavor, was spicy and the dumplings were delicious. It didn’t have any huge veggies etc in it, but honestly it was perfect as is. The egg rolls were crispy and so good. The pork was ok, but portion was small. If it had not included rice, gyoza etc I think my husband would’ve been starving. Next time we’ll have to try some sushi.

Food was good, but priced too high. Only complaint was tempura ice cream for dessert. Tempura crust was delicious but the ice cream was rock hard - too hard to eat; which is odd for fried ice cream.

Oh my. Wish I took pictures. Little pricey but well worth it. I think I found my new favorite Sushi spot. If you are thinking of sushi, DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP!!! So glad we stopped here.

SPECTACULAR! We've ordered for pickup before but never dined in. Echo Sushi is small, quaint, clean, and the atmosphere was great! We ordered the Chef's Special Sushi & Sashimi because we're terrible at ordering ala carte. We were not disappointed. Both the sashimi and sushi had generous portions, the fish was fresh and delicious. It made our anniversary that much better.
Thanks so much for the great and friendly service and for that amazing slice of cake that you gave us to celebrate our day. That was so thoughtful.

Stopped in on my way to north on a Friday, was pleasantly surprised. Higher prices but not crazy, black rice and good Nigiri. Fresh and delicious, every roll and every peice. We either got really lucky or this place is on point!
