For the past few times I've gone here, I've had something missing from each order. Sometimes, when I order a sandwich with two eggs on it, I only get one. If I order a drink, I have to remind them to make it for me. This time, I ordered two sandwiches and a cookie ahead of time, got it, took it home and I opened the bag at home and the sandwiches are there but no cookie. I'd like some kind of compensation just so I don't keep spending money on literally nothing. I already submitted a complaint to the company so no need to let me know to do that. The food is great, I just don't like spending money and not getting what I paid for.

Rude service, refused to make a simple bagel. Could not put powdered cinnamon and sugar on a raison bagel? “Can only be on cinnamon sugar bagels and plain” is there some sort of law preventing you from doing this? And how do you not have plain bagels you are a bagel store, every time i am have been here you have almost nothing left but your rude staff attitudes. Would not recommend this store, there are other nearby bagel shops. Do not go here

I love the maple house bagel, it’s sooo good!! The Asiago bagel with cream cheese is really good too.
From time to time staff mixes up your order but they’re very nice about it at least.

I came in for a pick up order and the staff was not friendly and actually rude. I tried to ask for help identifying my order and couldn't even get a staff worker to acknowledge me. They were not very busy either, had about 3 people in line being helped by a worker. However, the cashier was just standing looking at the line not working with anyone but yet couldn't give me the time of day. I needed to confirm my order had all the items and didn't want to open the bag as it was not for me. I will not be returning to this location for pick up. Felt very out of place and not welcomed. So I won't be back.

The staff was friendly, but that is all I can say about this place. We got 2 everything bagles that were only covered on one side, the proper flour was not used on the bottom, rather corn meal was used. These bagels were bought from the store. The orange juice was diluted concentrate at best and flavored water at worst. Do not go to this store if you're expecting a bagel. Major disappointment and a rip off.

Can be super busy. Bagels are excellent. Sometimes the register person is trying to help multiple people at the same time that are not yet paying instead of being able to focus on the paying customer's transaction through completion, which they are not able to do well the times that I've been there. 'A' for their effort, but possibly staffing issues.
