I live two blocks away and we come here often. But occasionally we want to order something for the next morning as we head out to wherever and have it ready at a certain time. Now we usually realize this after you are closed for the day. So although it is possible to order online and pick up that day, it would be nice if I could order at night and pick up the next morning but you don't allow that for some bizarre reason. Second time I've walked into an Einsteins and been not greeted, seemingly racially inspired. In addition I didn't get the bagel type I asked for when he explained they didn't have any more of the jalapeno

Very nice staff, they welcome you as you walk in and they have great customer service. For the location and as busy as they are it didn’t take to get my food and it was as ordered! Thank you for making my day better with a perfect and friendly service!
