Vegetarian options: They have stuff like fruit bowls and different types of bagels and sandwiches.Kid-friendliness: It's on a college campus so they really don't have kids go there

I have been here a couple times and I know that it’s a college food dining place, but today I was incredibly disappointed. I ordered the avacado toast on an Asiago bagel and when I received it, it was very cold and the avacado was so unripe it was insane. Wasn’t even fully smashed, tasted awful and you could physically smell that it was not ripe. The food was terrible, not to mention the girl that took my order was not attentive to me in the slightest and did not seem to care about what I was saying. Again, I know this doesn’t happen all the time, but this was a serious disappointment especially because they upcharge the food so much and it’s toward the end of the semester when everyone is getting pretty low on dining dollars.

Overall it's really good and not too overpriced. The one thing is, is that I don't understand the criteria for whether they will toast your bagel because, let me tell you, cold bagels are not where it's at...

When I order iced coffee here, they want to charge me an expensive price of an iced latte, or gave me a cup where I ask for ice to fill up hot coffee at the drink station which I prefer. The bagels are ok, but pricy. I feel like at the price point you might as well get an iced coffee/latte and nourish food at GCBC upstairs or at roadrunners.

The bagels weren't that great, especially the everything bagel. That was so disappointing. Getting cream cheese costs like $2 extra which is outrageous. The cinnamon rolls are good and so are the other pastries but sometimes you wonder if it's even worth it. I got the pumpkin latte once and regretted it. Messed up my stomach so bad that I couldn't even finish it. My appetite was curved. I felt like I got a stomach bug from it and it lasted like 3 days and I didn't want to eat anything.

They have always been pretty quick with long lines. Polite staff. Missing some of the bagels due to being on campus just like any of the other Restaurants here. Can't complain, you get your bagel you go to class.

The website said it was open until 5. Got there at 2:22 and they were closed. Was not a happy camper, considering I was told it's a great place to get bagels. Sad, I go home in a few days.

Apparently this einstein bros. bagels location is only for staff and students of GCU. Very unfortunate

This review is just for the staff. If you have been to an Einsteins you know the bagels and coffee are amazing! Even with a busy crowd they were still very attentive and polite. I didn't catch his name but he didn't understand my drink order and after I realized it wasn't right he corrected it without hesitation and apologized. I felt bad due to the line being out the door! Sorry to all the customers waiting but it shows the loyalty to Einsteins!
