Food is good but wow that older man with the glasses is incredibly snappy and rude. Put a smile on your face for your customers, wow. Will DoorDash it from now on so I don’t have to go in there.

Tried calling no reply. Had to leave a review to get someone to listen. Its breakfast I ordered a bagel with egg, bacon and cheese. I was the only one in line paying, & it was wrapped and ready within 60 seconds, before it was paid for. Is that why its NOT toasted?

This was my 3rd time going and last! The manager Joe I believe with the black shirt was extremely rude to me about making my sandwich wrong and although they had remade it the time I was even waiting to have them remake my food I overhear several people complain about their food and also I seen the same manager talking very rudely to the lady that was helping make the food . It wasn’t the greatest and I was disappointed

Ordered food for pick up, picked it up, 4 food items plus two smoothies. Figured I didn't need to check the bag but now I know to check it every time no matter where I go. Missing the two - twice baked hashbrowns we ordered. Tried calling to let them know we are missing items, can't even get a hold of anyone to let them know. Phone just rings and rings, I keep entering 3 for a human and still no answer and it just keeps restarting. Mind you my mother is now trying to call and the same thing is happening to her. You should probably tell this team to answer their phones in the facility since that is what they are there for. Sandwiches and smoothie are good but this review is for the terrible customer service and phone not being answered.

I paid $5.00 for a basic bagel with cream cheese and the cream cheese was spread so thin I could barely taste it. I'm so sick and tired of restaurant price gouging. Gonna cook everything at home from now on.
I purchase larger orders for group events. When I need an order filled quickly and correctly, I come to this location. They fill my order quickly, accurately, and with a smile every time!

If you are looking for a delicious toasted bagel Einsteins is the place to go. But, this location needs some work. 1. No trash can in the rear part of the store. 2. The bathrooms could use a remodel as well as some extra scented and long lasting scent. 3. Some employees need to learn to smile. Not all but a couple. I can say the young lady and a few times a young man taking my order are always very nice and smiling. And last Thursday the girl upfront taking the money is always really nice. And the crew, about 3 sometimes 4, making the orders, were great. They were smiling and when I picked up my order I said thank you and as busy as it was they still turned and smiled at me. And on the way out I made sure to tell the crew how good my bagel was and see them next time and they thanked me and smiled. And now just need to get the older man working there to be a little more jovial. 4. They need to get some more lighting and or open the shades. 5. The coffee needs to be improved, I was with three other people and they said to me the coffee is not good!! Look for me, on Good Morning Michael, soon to be the newest pod cast on You Tube.

Delicious bagels as always. The employee that helped me out today with my mobile order was super sweet. I had told her I had been waiting awhile for my order and she went above and beyond to complete my order rather than tell me to wait again like the other employee did.
