Tried the maplehouse sandwich and it was good ingredients seemed fresh and tasted so as well the disappointment was the fact that I specifically ordered this sandwich because Im the type of person who loves syrup on everything especially my breakfast sandwiches. I even put a little in my hair in the mornings but that's besides the point. I got syrup everywhere but my sandwich and that was very disappointing as it was the sole reason I ordered this item.

Every single thing about my online order was wrong. Both had the wrong bagels. The sandwich had cheese and regular eggs when I asked for no cheese and egg whites. The Hashbrown was basically a patty and not a as advertised the way it was. Wasted my time and money and I had no breakfast since I couldn’t eat the bagels they substituted nor the cheese nor the eggs. What a joke

This Einsteins location is probably the worst one I have been too. I would recommend going to another local. The staff is almost always rude. I order a bacon and cheddar brunch special and on Google maps when I search the menu, it says is $11.39 and they charge me $13.93. She told me that if I want that one I had to order online, I told her why you cannot just make the order right now when I’m ordering it right now. She couldn’t even give me a good explanation and I basically pay the $13.93 because she just put everything all separate.
I've been coming here for about a year and I cannot understand when you ask for a a bagel sliced not toasted and smear or the side they still just put smear on an un toasted bagel that costs 5 bucks .. like for real are simple instructions that hard .. I came in for an un toasted bagel and thats too much?...

I had an unusual experience with Sandra, Sondra at this location this morning. Waiting for my breakfast sandwich. Farmhouse on bagel. I saw Chocolate chip cookies laying on counter top. Ask her how much they were. She told me $2 and change. And another Rude comment was we even have too pay for them too. I told her sandra that comment was as he'll. Her dismeanor very unprofessional as well. 0 feedback is being left.

This Einsteins location is probably the worst one I have been too. I would recommend going to another local. The staff is almost always rude, but today was the worst. I ordered a bagel box for pickup with cream cheese. Was told everything was in there and when we got home we realized the cream cheese was missing so we had to drive all the way back to get them. It is ridiculous to tell us it is all in there when it is clearly not. Also we asked for some of the new cheese to go with the pretzel bagel and was told it is not possible to ring it up so they would have to charge us the same price as cream cheese which is insane for the little container of cheese.

Terrible service. When I got home with my order, it was wrong. They charged me for extra meat which I asked for but didn’t put the extra meat on my sandwich. I have been trying to call the store to ask for a refund for the extra meat I didn’t get and no one answers the phone. I do not live close to this location, I only stopped on my way home. Very disappointing!

My Name is Mike I went in to pick up my order and there was no digital fingerprint. The Manager Samantha got right into it found the glitch and all went well. My order was lost by no fault of there own. The Manager Samantha quickly figurex it out.
