This Einsteins location is probably the worst one I have been too. I would recommend going to another local. The staff is almost always rude, but today was the worst. I ordered a bagel box for pickup with cream cheese. Was told everything was in there and when we got home we realized the cream cheese was missing so we had to drive all the way back to get them. It is ridiculous to tell us it is all in there when it is clearly not. Also we asked for some of the new cheese to go with the pretzel bagel and was told it is not possible to ring it up so they would have to charge us the same price as cream cheese which is insane for the little container of cheese.

Terrible service. When I got home with my order, it was wrong. They charged me for extra meat which I asked for but didn’t put the extra meat on my sandwich. I have been trying to call the store to ask for a refund for the extra meat I didn’t get and no one answers the phone. I do not live close to this location, I only stopped on my way home. Very disappointing!

Food is good but wow that older man with the glasses is incredibly snappy and rude. Put a smile on your face for your customers, wow. Will DoorDash it from now on so I don’t have to go in there.

Tried calling no reply. Had to leave a review to get someone to listen. Its breakfast I ordered a bagel with egg, bacon and cheese. I was the only one in line paying, & it was wrapped and ready within 60 seconds, before it was paid for. Is that why its NOT toasted?

This was my 3rd time going and last! The manager Joe I believe with the black shirt was extremely rude to me about making my sandwich wrong and although they had remade it the time I was even waiting to have them remake my food I overhear several people complain about their food and also I seen the same manager talking very rudely to the lady that was helping make the food . It wasn’t the greatest and I was disappointed
