Went in for a mobile order I placed on my way to a job. Brought my QT cup inside and filled it with water at their fountain so I don’t have to stop somewhere else on the way. Tori asked me if I was going to pay for the drink or not… you mean the water that the state requires you to have available for free? She realized her mistake and refused to give me a receipt with my order. Someone needs a new line of work. Customer service is not it for her.

This has become my weekend ritual to get food from here. The first meal i ordered, we fell in love, and i wouldn't want to eat at any other place. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious and filling.

Airport food without actually having to go to the airport. Got the chorizo sunrise. It was flat/squished, greasy, and had eggshells in it. The bagel did have spice and the avocado was green.

We waited and weren't acknowledged as employees talked. There were doing things, but not speaking to us. The tables and booths were full of crumbs. Napkins were not refilled. And apparently the window was broken. The food was excellent
Worst Einsteins location I’ve been to. Got a bacon egg and cheese it took 10 minutes when there was barely anybody in here. The sandwich had barely any bacon on it. Never been skimped like this before

Ordered a pickup order and when I went to check that everything was there the twice-baked hash browns I ordered were not in the bag. When I went back and told the girl at the register, she said it’s the first time she saw my order. Forgetting that part of my order happens all the time at other locations as well. I’m never going back if workers don’t check the receipt with what they put in the bag.
