Always a smooth stop at Einstein Bagels. The bagels are fresh ā especially the jalapeƱo cheddar with jalapeƱo smear ā and the coffeeās great. Plenty of space to sit, catch up on emails, and ease into the day. Friendly staff, quick service, and solid WiFi make it an easy go-to.

Today Sunday June 6th 2025 around 11:40 am I experienced really poor, cold and careless customer service from a light skin African American gentleman that wears the orange long sleeve shirt. I was hear to pick up a delivery from Uber eats and this order was delayed due to a flavor being out of stock and this individual seemed overly upset about this and targeted his frustration at me the delivery driver. I asked him to repeat again what was out of stock so I can communicate with the customer what the issue was since he didnāt anĆŗnciate well what was wrong and Iām not educated on the menu options here. I was only met with a very mean childish Iām bothered donāt talk to me attitude which was so apparent it drive me to cancel the order then deal with this rude individual.

DONT order via DoorDash or any delivery service. Payed $35 for the employees to forget the smoothie, the ācinnamon rollā which I use that term loosely.. was a stale loaf of bread with icing slapped on top. (Not exaggerating, look at the photo) It was SO rock hard it was literally inedible! My bagel sandwich was toasted to the point it was almost burnt. It seems they give delivery orders bad food since they donāt have to deal with the customer in person.

Oh my gosh, I was so hungry and ate the most amazing bagel breakfast sandwich. I also got the blackberry lemonade which is extremely sweet but wow. I'm satisfied

Went in for a mobile order I placed on my way to a job. Brought my QT cup inside and filled it with water at their fountain so I donāt have to stop somewhere else on the way. Tori asked me if I was going to pay for the drink or notā¦ you mean the water that the state requires you to have available for free? She realized her mistake and refused to give me a receipt with my order. Someone needs a new line of work. Customer service is not it for her.

This has become my weekend ritual to get food from here. The first meal i ordered, we fell in love, and i wouldn't want to eat at any other place. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious and filling.

Airport food without actually having to go to the airport. Got the chorizo sunrise. It was flat/squished, greasy, and had eggshells in it. The bagel did have spice and the avocado was green.
