Payed $35 for the employees to forget the smoothie, the “cinnamon roll” which I use that term loosely.. was a stale loaf of bread with icing slapped on top. (Not exaggerating, look at the photo) It was SO rock hard it was literally inedible! My bagel sandwich was toasted to the point it was almost burnt. It seems they give delivery orders bad food since they don’t have to deal with the customer in person.

Went in for a mobile order I placed on my way to a job. Brought my QT cup inside and filled it with water at their fountain so I don’t have to stop somewhere else on the way. Tori asked me if I was going to pay for the drink or not… you mean the water that the state requires you to have available for free? She realized her mistake and refused to give me a receipt with my order. Someone needs a new line of work. Customer service is not it for her.

Airport food without actually having to go to the airport. Got the chorizo sunrise. It was flat/squished, greasy, and had eggshells in it. The bagel did have spice and the avocado was green.
Maddie and Crystal were so helpful and kind! They both had amazing customer service and food was great! Highly recommend!

We waited and weren't acknowledged as employees talked. There were doing things, but not speaking to us. The tables and booths were full of crumbs. Napkins were not refilled. And apparently the window was broken. The food was excellent

Worst Einsteins location I’ve been to. Got a bacon egg and cheese it took 10 minutes when there was barely anybody in here. The sandwich had barely any bacon on it. Never been skimped like this before
