Order incorrect for one bagel the other bagel over toasted and little smear. Employee taking order appeared to not want to be at work.

I love a good bagel. I used to go to Einstein Bros pretty regularly, but I’m not sure if it’s the location or something else — my last three food experiences there just haven’t been great. Most recently, I ordered an avocado bagel, and it tasted like the most unripe avocado I’ve ever had. Bright green, zero flavor, and honestly not enjoyable… but for $11, I was committed to eating it anyway. Before that, I ordered the Farmhouse bagel (I think that’s what it’s called), and the bagel was completely stale with a strange texture in the eggs. I can’t even remember what the third order was, but I do remember that this is officially my third mishap.

Food was great, but I had to wait for 2+ mins while the employees to finish their conversation regarding what the current labor percentage was before one would eventually take my order

This is the slowest Einstein’s ever. It took 20 minutes to get 2 bagels with cream cheese. They had 5 people working the line, but all had no sense of urgency. There’s only 3 girls here that are nice. Everyone else lacks customer service skills and is impolite, can’t even take their headphones out to take an order. I understand when a location is busy, but this is constant, no matter how many orders they have (on their very visible screen) or people working at a time.

Always a smooth stop at Einstein Bagels. The bagels are fresh — especially the jalapeño cheddar with jalapeño smear — and the coffee’s great. Plenty of space to sit, catch up on emails, and ease into the day. Friendly staff, quick service, and solid WiFi make it an easy go-to.
