I frequently order Brunch Boxes for my clients and employees as it gives a great variety of options in the brunch box including breakfast sandwich, bagels, muffins and cheesy hashbrowns! I also order the 10 person coffee carafe. Yesterday I went to pick up my order which is always ready on time and I forgot to add the coffee- the staff was so nice and helpful and quickly filled it for me. They also gave it to me for free since I had already paid online. I highly recommend these brunch boxes for groups as everyone loves the variety and the food is always fresh and hot- crowd pleaser for sure! Thank you to the team at this location!

They're a little inconsistent when it comes to getting items with no cheese. Constantly have to check before I leave. However the staff are always extremely nice and the food is delicious.

My parents have lived in this neighborhood for a while, so I’ve seen this Einstein‘s for over 15 to 20 years. I’m very disappointed on how much it has gone downhill.Food tastes good just like any other Einstein’s. But some thing in their work process is backing up the line so much with incredible weights even at 10:40 in the morning. The employees seem stressed out. I had ordered an everything bagel and a medium roast coffee online, both of which are staples of any bagel shop particularly Einstein‘s, but they were out of both which seems ridiculous to me.I think they desperately need either more employees or a better system in managing their day-to-day operationsVegetarian options: You can get pretty much anything here vegetarian.

Our uber order was wrong missing a whole sandwhich. They offered to make the missing sancwhich but we had to pick up. I explaned that it for someone lunch and that we could not pick up which is why we used uber. We asked if they could delivery and they said they could just refund or give us another sandwich nxt time.

I ordered a bagel sandwich to go and the bagel was completely burnt. As in, so burnt it boggles my mind how a person can go through the steps of spreading sauce and placing fillings on a black bagel and then serve it to someone. I reached out to them about it but never heard anything. I still like Einstein but won’t go to this location again.

My usual location is at 64th & Greenway in Scottsdale and I often hesitate to go there because it's usually just not very good. We were heading to the west side so we placed a mobile order at this location because it was on our way. I was so pleasantly surprised!! Our order was ready early, it was perfectly made and delicious, and the icing on the cake was that they included a paper in the bag that provided a phone number to call in case anything was wrong with your order! Loved this - shows real pride of ownership and it must be working because our order was fantastic!!

I go here just for the convenience of the app to avoid the line. Once you've have other bagels from around the neighborhood, these don't even compare. Try copper star for some really good fresh bagels.

I called to confirm they had poppyseed bagels and they did, plus a whole bunch of other flavors including cranberry and blueberry. I ordered a dozen bagels and it was ready when I arrived. Was not at the pick up area, was at the cash register. Service was good.
